Everything started great! Their Spreads are amazing & one of the best Crypto specialized propfirm on book. Customer support responded well too (at the beginning). But suddently from August 6, 2024, there is no activity from their team. Their customer support stopped responding & their social media pages went inactive. We dont even know who is the CEO of this propfirm because they never announced & they dont follow anyone on their social media handles too. Im not sure what happened but all their activities says, they abandoned the propfirm & scammed customers who purchased accounts with them. Since its a new one, nobody get paid yet, more than 10 traders (including me) waiting for their payout But no response. They said 15 days payout, but some of us waiting for a month but still not able to request a payout. But they still promoting their 20% discount codes on Discord. Their websites and trading panel working fine. So people who trying to purchase new challenge with them beware it looks kind of scam. I will wait for another 2 weeks & Update my review if this situation come back to normal.

Their trading platform went down. their dashboard says we can withdraw money only after 30 days. But when we do no payment received or any response from them.

Requested payout 1 week before, didnt receive anything yet. Not even a response.

I have traded with more different propfirms then I can count, and honestly, Cryptopips is in its own lane. Just the option to be able to trade crypto on weekends is enough said. Don't know any other prop firm that allows that. But then also their rules are decent, with no shade trip wire rules like most propfirms. Service is excellent, low spread on their crypto and forex pairs.
I have found my new home.
