While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I have had a payment gateway with them for two months and suddenly they cancelled the contract between me and them without any reason and when I asked them about the reason they said that it was their own business! They are very bad and I do not recommend dealing with them. Poor support and contract cancellation without any reason. I advise you to use Binance which is much better than them.

I transferred $241 to Cryptomus and cant get them back. I have tried for 2 weeks now and even had a computer expert help me. Their 2FA system rejects all codes, even the ones I just got from Authenticator. Cryptomus is a scam, so do not use.

I have been using Cryptomus for a few months now, after my company was contacted by their representative Aleksandras, who proposed us an alternative to our old cryptocurrency gateway, CoinPayments.
After a few months of usage, I am happy to recommend Cryptomus:
Sleek interface, smooth operation, can accept and exchange multiple cryptocurrencies easily.
Appreciated their work for the recent updates, such as GUI update and the update where it is finally possible to send money directly from the business account.
The checkout page for customers is well made and clear, providing address, QR code, and blockchain confirmations monitored in real time.
Account security is good, but having forced 3 factor authentication could be annoying sometimes. Could be useful an option to leave just 2FA instead of 3FA.
Please keep up your good work!
Best Regards

I recently made a payment through Cryptomus via the BSC network, and my invoice expired while their system failed to process the transaction. Despite providing all the transaction details, including the recipient wallet address, contract address, and transaction hash, they REFUSE to resolve the issue or return my funds. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. CANNOT SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH! JUST REPEATING THEIR BUBBLING
They claim to offer a secure and reliable payment system, but their support is not helpful, and they are keeping my money for a service that was never delivered.
This behavior is OUTRIGHT FRAUDULENT and shows a total lack of integrity.
To anyone considering using Cryptomus: STAY FAR AWAY!
This platform is a complete scam, and you risk losing your money without any accountability on their part.
Avoid this service at all costs, or you might end up like me—ROBBED and frustrated!

I have three business accounts. I actively use one of them, while the other two have been activated but are not yet in use. With my active account, I was accepting payments via a payment link. However, one of my clients preferred not to pay through a link, so I provided them with my personal account details and received a payment of approximately $400.
Unfortunately, the payment hasn’t been credited to my account. Although I completed the KYC verification process, the platform insists on verifying my client as well. My client, however, refuses to share their personal identification details with them.
I have already delivered the service to my client, but since the payment has not been credited to my account, I have incurred a loss. The support team has not made any effort to find a middle ground or resolve this issue.

We were rejected on the basis of an extremely vague statement of not meeting "internal regulations".
For the benifit of the trustpilot reader:
*We are a UK registered / VAT register company
*We sell physical goods from legitimate suppliers.
*We have privacy policies and security on our site including SSL certificates etc.
*All of our tax records are up-to-date and publically viewable.
*We are a long established business (10+ years) and our we support over 4k product lines (we are not small).
After submision of an "Appeal" that is quite clearly offered via the Cryptomus system. Stating a few items that in our opinon COULD have been the cause from some sort of false flag in their vague checks I was confronted with the following message:
"Please do not open new tickets or chats with the same questions, this slows down our work."
Along with this statement via their chat system:
"...We understand that refusal can cause negative emotions..."
These types of responses were the part that has now become frustrating. Not the initial rejection itself.
Firstly - stating that I should not open an "Appeal" when you clearly offer that as an option - with the risk of slowing down YOUR work is not a respectable response one would expect from a rep who's job is to offer "Customer Services".
Secondly, jumping to the conclusion that I was somehow being emotional when trying to decipher the extremely vague reason for rejection is very unhelpful and unnessisary at best, and very patronising at worst (especially when I was cordial and professional with my queries).
My suggestion is that if Cryptomus rejects a company for whatever reason they see fit - they should just state that they do not want to work with said company. i.e. we are not taking on any more projects at this time - please try again later. Rather than offering vague responses and then rude / patronising responses when you query the vague response.
Something seems very fishy about this company. A professional company would not response to an "Appeal" in this manner.
@Cryptomus if you are legit... you are really doing yourselves a dis-service by treating prospects in the manner.

A website I used scammed me using Cryptomus.
I contacted Cryptomus thinking they'd be understanding but no, they made me waste 48 hours attempting to contact the scammer.
Despite having a mountain of evidence, Cryptomus's support was still adamant that it's the website's problem and not theirs.
The website is using Cryptomus's service...
Cryptomus support also said they cannot provide refunds and that the seller (aka website) has to.
Cryptomus is a d*mn payment processor! They have the money and sellers have to withdraw it!
