cryptocasino is a scam
23-Dec-2026
CryptoCasino only returns deposits and takes players’ money once they win. Calling this “compliance” does not change what actually happened.
You claimed that no KYC was required when I registered. That was not true. The moment I requested a withdrawal, you suddenly introduced KYC requirements and then used them to block payment. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic.
Instead of paying my balance, you frustrated me with endless verification requests designed to delay or deny withdrawal. When I could not provide an address document that does not exist in my country, you closed my account and kept my money. That is not verification — that is confiscation.
You returned only my deposit and kept the rest of my funds. If this platform were honest, all funds would have been returned, not just what suited you. A failure to provide a specific document should never result in loss of player funds.
Saying “no KYC required” to attract deposits and then enforcing strict verification only at withdrawal is misleading and dishonest. Legitimate casinos verify players before accepting money, not after players win.
CryptoCasino can try to paint itself however it wants, but the reality is simple:
They frustrate withdrawals, they hide behind verification rules, and they do not pay players fairly.
My warning stands:
Do not register. Do not deposit. Once you win, they will find a reason not to pay you.
This crypto casino is a complete scam. Everything is fine until you win, then they deliberately frustrate you with endless KYC requests just to avoid paying your winnings. They keep demanding documents that do not even exist in my country, and no matter what you submit, it gets rejected. My money is still being held.
I submitted every document I legally have, yet they keep moving the goalposts. What exactly do they want from me? This is nothing but wickedness and a clear attempt to avoid paying me what I earned. If you cannot pay winning players, why operate a betting platform at all?
They first asked for a utility bill and a full bank statement. I explained clearly that in my country, utility bills are not issued in tenants’ names when you live in a rented apartment. We also do not have phone bills because airtime and data are purchased directly from service providers or banks. I sent my bank statement, then they suddenly said they did not need it. This makes no sense.
Before I started playing, they claimed that no KYC was required. The moment it was time to withdraw, they introduced impossible requirements they knew I could not provide. This is a deliberate scam tactic. A legitimate bookmaker investigates a country’s documentation system before allowing users to register, not after they have won.
Many other reviews describe the same experience, proving this is not an isolated case. Most of these crypto bookies are frauds who hide behind vague “terms and conditions” and the excuse that “the bookmaker reserves the right.”
Do not register with this bookmaker unless you want to be frustrated and cheated. I only have a bank statement to provide, and that is standard where I live. If you truly want to verify my identity, request documents that actually exist in my country, and I will provide them. Until then, this platform is nothing but a scam.

I am calling on regulators, review platforms, and the crypto gambling community to take this seriously and investigate this bookmaker. What they are doing is unethical and criminal. Closing a user’s account simply because they complained, seizing 131 USDT, and returning only the initial deposit while keeping winnings is theft, not business.
Any platform that punishes users for speaking out is hiding something. This behavior alone proves they are not transparent and cannot be trusted. A legitimate crypto casino does not silence complaints, confiscate funds, or invent impossible KYC requirements after a player wins.
I strongly advise everyone reading this to protect their money and stay far away from this bookmaker. There are many platforms that verify identity properly and pay winners without excuses. This one is not among them.
Until my full balance and winnings are released, I will continue to warn others publicly. No one should go through this stress or lose their hard-earned money to dishonest operators.
Stay away. Your money is not safe here.
