Scams to report scams

Scams to report scams. Their forms are broken and they ask for way more personally identifying information than they need to report an attempted defrauding. If you haven't been defrauded but you wanted to report the scammer this site wants your home address and full name and phone number... like why? All they need is an email header and body. And they don't even need your identifying info in the header. Just the scammer's. This site has got to be a scam in itself.
