I would give -5 for this app if i could. Probly the worst experience and terrible customer support i have ever recieved. Def Avoid, i suspect they will go Bankrupt very soon.

Very frustrated with Crypto.com. They locked my account without telling me why (turns out they didn't like where I was sending my crypto). So many hoops to jump through to get it re-instated. Then they took away any withdrawal ability (other than cash to my bank). No reason, and once again had to do gymnastics to find out a generic reason. Will not ever recommend or use again.

Worst support ever!!!!!! No body in chat show up to answer my question that I had ask for 4 hours no email answers.they are keeping my money hostage.

SCAMMED IN A 3-DAY JOB TRIAL $200 PER DAY PAY SCAM. RUN AWAY, DON'T EVEN THINK. BYBIT, WHO WORKED WITH PARTMOREX.TOP, CRYPTO.COM & JP MORGAN WON'T EVEN PAY MY 3 DAY JOB NOR RETURN MY HARD-EARNED SAVINGS. I'm a mother of 3 kids and accepted a 3-day paid job trial. The 10 tasks were simple from numerous merchants, you just open the merchants' site like Amazon and every click, not doing anything, you will get $10, but then, during the day, they will start to give you a node task, to start, it will requires small amounts like $20, $100 to generate profit of $90, they are orders from JP Morgan, it's a group task, we have to place a group trade so that JP Morgan can manipulate the stock market price. They will guide you to deposit your money to crypto.com, without doing anything afterwards, they want you to log in to partmorex.top(owned by Bybit)and your money will suddenly appear in this platform. At first, I was able to withdraw my $185, a small amount, but it's one of their tactic for you to trust them. The earnings are lucrative and tempting for human beings. They have deep pockets and are very advanced with their tactics on how to get your money in different ways. When they combined their power, you are really at their mercy. The node task requires your money as capital, starting at zero, one of their tactic, then your capital requirement goes up substantially, and the earnings they show you are lucrative, BUT ALL LIES. They want to lure you as a job applicant to give in your money as capital to make a profit through JP Morgan's trades, but they won't even let you use your previous capital because it's sitting at JP Morgan's trades. So, they want you to find more money, and to the extent, the Manager, Mary, will offer her personal money to contribute to raising the amount. But misjudging this kindness is one of their tactic to get your money. I've been out of work for a long time, taking care of 3 young kids, and I did not realize that the world now is very sick. Once they get your money, they won't give you your 3-day pay, commissions for completing 10 tasks per day, or worse, they won't give you a penny of your capital. They keep saying, " You have to complete the 3-day trial even though it's already 7 days, even though I already completed my 3-day trial and last task". It's THEIR SCAMM TACTIC. They keep finding EXCUSES AND LIES NOT TO GIVE YOUR CAPITAL BACK. They keep giving you new node tasks from JP MORGAN, to complete JP MORGAN'S ORDERS requires plan 1 U$15,900, plan 2 $8,200 & plan 3 $10,300. I took screenshots of JP Morgan's orders and other evidence to prove my claim is true. I am submitting my complaint to the authorities in different countries, to newspapers, TV, radio, post on YouTube and to crypto licensing and other media to prove that my claim is true. Also, to help people like me not to get scammed by these big companies. They help each other to scam. I'm surprised that JP Morgan, a renowned company, is involved. They took my last savings, that is supposed to be for my 3 kids. That is sick. THEY ARE CRIMINALS WHO NEED TO BE STOPPED AT ALL COSTS, OTHERWISE, THEY WILL BE NUMBER OF VICTIMS LIKE ME & MY FAMILY. I want to take them all to the authorities. JP Morgan, if you read my complaint, contact me as soon as possible if you want to clear your name. YOU'RE TOO BIG TO BE PART OF THIS SCAM 7 MANIPULATE THE PRICE OF THE STOCK MARKET. I want to report this to the Securities & Exchange, who are controlling the licensing of crypto or the stock market, IRS should intervene. The substantial money scammed from people worldwide that goes to the pockets of these 4 companies should be taxable since they don't return it to the owners. I have evidence that my money U$11,520 in partmorex.top, I tried to withdraw it last week, but they won't give it to me unless I give them another U$8200 to do the order of JP Morgan stock market manipulation trade again. Very sick.

Don’t fall for this scam, seems legit until their system fails and you’re stuck with no help. Stick to reputable exchanges to avoid the aggravation from this lot.

“Specialist support” is one of the best jokes on the platform. They have 3 copy and paste messages which basically mean: we have received your message, we’re currently doing nothing to help.

I lost my phone and could not get back the same number, I tried everything with their support, did 2 times the verification process and could not get back to the same support chat, now the verification process cannot be done because their system says it cannot access my camera, big bullcrap; after all of this they asked me to upload an ID, which I did and of course it was not accepted. Do not invest with crypto.com they are scammers.

i had 5000USD with them, asked in the chat how it works if i want to change my adress (i didnt even move yet), the agent immediately blocked my account and i couldnt see anything anymore. he told me it will be shortly changed, week for week went by and always got told it will be done soon. now after over 1 year i got told it is finally finished.
But the Problem is, out of the 5000$, theres only 60$ left and they stole 4940$ in total.
was the worst decision in my life and i wish the people who stole my money and their familys to rot in hell for it.

Account hacked, £8K in my balance and they won’t let me access my account or confirm how much was taken. 6 months later through emailing managing directors and the DPO, utterly useless and shouldn’t be allowed to trade in the UK. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely horrible! Took over a week to open a account. When I got a account I deposit 7k€ Then they liked my account. Been a week now with terrible response from the chat. No reply on email. Still waiting for wtf has happened. Is it a scam this whole app?

BIGGEST FRAUD IN THE WORLD! I had to buy 10$ phone top up. They didn't send me an email with the code. i contacted customer service and 8 days passed so far. No solution. No code, no refund. All I hear is bullshit - they escalated this case 20 times and tell me to wait. All the time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD! THEY STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP!
