Absolutely the worst place in the world to put a single dollar of your money they have for going on a month refused to offer me provisional credit to my account that is required by law nor have they given me a time frame to fix my. Account balance lie after lie I've filed formal complaints with The FTC and cpfb. Still nothing.. They have pretty much said that they don't have to go by any law. Cuz they see the error won't fix it in the same conversation they have said so much conflicting things.. Help I need a lawyer it looks like to look into a civil. Lawsuit

I had my account hacked and the chatbot and so called specialist was rubbish.
As it/he/she was attempting to reconnect me with my account which was being consistently used by someone in Tunisia to make trades and withdrawals, it was clear that their security had been breached and they were attempting to close my account therefore making it 'my fault' that their resolution process didnt work!!

Do NOT touch this website with a bargepole, forget you ever heard of them!! Scammers and con artists the lot of them.

Cannot withdraw money:
After withdrawing cash I never received it on my card. Of course I decided to contact the support team, 6 times. it says that they reply in a couple minutes, my fastest reply was a day, after which no one ever helped me. it is insane. This company still owes me money.

Been a customer for years ! And now theyre trying to charge me 150$ usd to recover fund that we're sent usdt to a erh address so it like stuck there this is absolutely insane I hate crypto app so much and thier support is trash DO NOT USE CRYPTO YOU WILL REGRET IT

No words to describe the disdain this customer service representatives have for their customers. They lie, and lie. Lied that I needed to pay a fee to cancel a card when I did not as my card balance was zero, then lied that the card was cancelled when it was not.
I initially only wanted to cancel my card, now I want to cancel everything I have with crypto.com.
Very very poor customer service.
Avoid at all cost. My customer rep was 'Alric'. I have a whole very damaging transcript of our unbelievable conversation.

Scammers, scammers, scammers!

I transferred $5,50 from the same account I had used before, but this time they suddenly claimed they don’t accept payments from third-party accounts. They promised my refund within 5 business days, but it has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received my money.

Their customer support is absolutely terrible. They keep repeating the same generic, AI-like responses despite me providing all the requested proof multiple times. After I left a 1-star review on the Play Store, they replied saying they had reached out through support chat and would help me. Unfortunately, their support has been even worse than before.

This company needs to take customers’ money and support requests seriously. Do not trust their promises—think twice before sending them your money. Stay away from these Scamers.

App crashes (3 devices!) when trying to confirm larger withdrawal but allows smaller withdrawal to same whitelisted wallet??? More smaller withdrawals = more $ for them in fees. Tried numerous times to contact customer service - absolutely useless, NO customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!

They made the payout overcomplicated and calling the customer support takes a long time. Somehow I got sms messages for verification from turkey, despite the fact that I already deleted my account long time ago.

Been trying to contact support to close my account for 5 days now. You want even close your account. I wanted all my data deleted and they even ignored that. What has crypto turned into?

I used crypto.com for awail but I deposit 13.5 k from my bank and the frozen my account and won’t let me have the money back , there saying do to a class act case in another state from me. This has been over a year ago. Meanwhile with the account frozen it lose money ? I still haven’t got my money and no real answers ! They keep saying it’s being reviewed and will get back to me ! I say it’s a scam !!!!
So crypto.com replied to my complaint and said to contact them ! I did and same reply there working on the review and will get back to me ! U would think after freezing someone account and holding there money it wouldn’t take a year !! So this account is frozen , I can’t withdraw or trade or add funds. I deposit 13.5 K from my bank and it’s been over a year now and they won’t give me the funds back and somehow it’s also lost around 4k ?? I thought it was a legit company ??

My money stuck in there. Can't even login anymore and can't get hold of my money. Shocking service. They won't service anyone who can't login into the app so if you are hacked, you money are as good as gone. This after being vip customer for 5 years. Absolutely ridiculous. They will tell you to contact them in chat but chat doesn't work. By email they never respond.

UPDATE : they tell you to contact in chat but for 4 days chat is never available. Thiefs!!!
