No return label with the product

Impossible to find a customer service e-mail.
I need to return the product, but the return label was not in with the product. Now I need a quick answer from the fill-in page support. Hope they answer before the return time finnish.
What a pitty!!

No response and refund delay after return

Delivery already took around 10 days with no response from customer support.

I returned all items because they did not fit, and the return was delivered 8 days ago. Since then, I have sent three emails and received absolutely no reply.

I am waiting for a refund of almost 600 €, and I do not think it is normal or acceptable to have no response at all for so many days.

Very pleased with the products

Very pleased with the products, delivery to Jersey Channel Islands was really quick as well.

I managed to pick up 5 pairs of shoes in the sale for an incredible price, also impressed with the shoe quality.

I have ordered since 25th of December…

I have ordered since 25th of December which it was successful and I got confirmation email but since then have been calling and mailing their service@cruyffclassic with no good response.
I only got DHL tracking code over 5 days ago, I contacted DHL they said they haven’t received the package from Marchant.
I expected you to do better because this is not SHEIN or TEMU and I don’t even know if have been scammed. Been contacting ur phone number +44 161 552 7673 for over a week nobody pick up.
Your customer support both emails and calls are the worst i ever seen 💯

I Did Not Receive My Order.

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 27/12/25. I then received an order number through email but nothing after that. Normally you get tracking number to follow and confirmation emails of delivery on route and being delivered etc but nothing whatsoever. What I did receive was a notification from my bank saying the money has been deducted. My bank manager is on the case now as I've tried calling and sending emails to no avail. I thought when I ordered through Cruyff official site and stayed away from third partys etc everything would have been okay but obviously not. I'm hoping this will be resolved and just an error because of busy period at Christmas without taking it further. No Cruyff's to wear tonight for New Year party 😢 but still minus the money...?

I did not receive my order

I did not receive my order. DHL says they don't know where is my pack. And Cruyff sent me an email saying that I already have the order. I placed the orde on 20th December.

Very bad after-sales service during 2 purchases in this year 2025

In this year 2025, I have made 2 purchases of products, and both were canceled after the purchase confirmation of each purchase. The products were purchased, and after receiving the purchase confirmation email, they canceled the orders and refunded the money. In both cases, the issues were: 1.- product stock problems, as the website showed they were available at the time of purchase, and 2.- on the other hand, technical problems on the website, which gave me certain discounts and then canceled them due to their technical errors. It is a disgraceful company because you make purchases and the products never arrive since they do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes. They are scammers and have many emails with fraudulent advertising. They do not honor what is stated in promotions and discounts. The purchases were made from Spain. Furthermore, after both failures on their part, they do not provide a proper solution for the damage caused.

I placed an order

I placed an order, for 3 items, as they offered an extra discount when ordering 3 items. The site also advertised discounts up to 60 or 70%. My order got accepted, I paid and Cruyff.com accepted the payment. A day later they cancelled my order because 'something was wrong with the prices they calculated for my order'. This is not the way a company should do business. The prices weren't very strange in a way that I could have known they were wrong so cancelling my order was legally not right. I contacted them but they didn't respond in any way. And now I see here on Trustpilot that I'm not the only one. And your only reply is: "Its in our Terms and Conditions that we are allowed to cancel orders". What a terrible excuse. Johan Cruyff would turn in his grave if he knew how you treat customers who buy clothing and shoes in his name.

[Edit after reply from Cruyff.com] : As expected, hiding behind TERMS and CONDITIONS, what a poor excuse. And a discount as A GESTURE OF GOODWILL? You just should have delivered all the orders. Look at the reviews here on Trustpilot.com, all the disappointed customers. A discount of whopping 15%, wow, what a gesture. You should be ashamed of using the name Cruyff.

I placed an order which I paid for in full and planned to use as Christmas gifts. After several days, Cruyff informed me by email that they would not be able to deliver my order due to technical issues.

I find this extremely disappointing, especially considering the timing and the fact that the payment had already been completed. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service and the lack of reliability.
