Be careful Crumpler lies!!!
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and even got work colleagues jumping on board buying bags from Crumpler. Anyways I had a bag that was under warranty for material damage and Crumpler agreed after awhile that it was in fact material damage and was told that Crumpler would compensate a new bag. But unfortunately after weeks I come to find out that it was sent to the wrong address. The address I sent to Crumpler was not the address Crumpler had put down and the new bag was sent to the wrong address. It’s been 5 months since starting this complaint and no one is helping or responding to my emails now! Worse customer service and one very frustrating experience. CRUMPLER I want my bag! It shouldn’t take 5 months!!! They even lied about sending another bag to me and somehow forgot to get a tracking number! And obviously still no bag? Shame on you Crumpler! And very unprofessional!

My Wife has a 2 year old Zero Border Cabin Bag and one of the wheels has collapsed.
Not only is she told wheel deteriation isnt covered by the Crumpler Lifetime Warranty she is also advised replacement wheels are not available!!!!!!!!

It saddens me to tell you that the wheels for the Zero Border Cabin have been discontinued, incredibly sorry about that :(
