I've loved every piece of gorgeous cashmere luxury I've bought over the years from Crumpet Cashmere. Their attention to customer services does not disappoint either.

I am still waiting for delivery of my cardigan. Upon enquiring when I could expect delivery I was told it is still inMongolia!! I received an e mail last Friday saying it has been dispatched but so far no cardigan!!
Not a good experience as I wanted it for my daughter’s birthday. I wouldn’t buy on line from them again.

Excellent in every way. Great soft touch, good colour , styling different. \classic piece to wear all the time.

Excited to receive my navy blue hoodie sweater BUT was out when delivered..courier semi-wedged it into our small postbox. When I retrieved it it was soaked and screwed up...It’s still out of shape three days later, very creased & appears very poor quality. Not a good experience at all...
This is the second time I have had bad experience with Crumpet. My previous order had to be chased 3 times and CoVid or not it took 6 months! I shan’t buy again - a pity as I had successful purchases a couple of years ago.

Terrible. Bought an item which didn’t fit - sent the item back a few weeks ago - tracked delivery - no response from phone, no response via email, no response to two answer phone messages. What is going on with these people? Would never shop here again.

I love my cashmere..... and the boyfriend sweater is possibly the best cashmere I’ve had.... wish they did more colours in this style

Fantastic leopard print jumper dress, love it, just wish it was a bit thicker, so far has washed well, I have bought 2 of these now!

Beautifully soft & warm jumper, loose fitting, as described.

The price was great. It was reduced but I would’ve happily paid full price for it.

I ordered a beautiful cashmere stole . I love it excellent quality , and a quick delivery . Will use this company again.

Lovely quality but the white looks more dirty laundry grey. Will keep because I like the style but not so keen on the colour.

Beautiful cosy ribbed cashmere jumper, arrived quickly and nicely wrapped. Great value for such lovely quality. I have bought several Crumpet jumpers over the years, have always been pleased, they have worn and washed well. The occasional return has been easy and straightforward. Very happy.
