As always, 1st class service!

Jess has become my "go to" person for booking cruises. On this occasion I also had a lot of help from Louisa, in Jess' absence.
I often have many questions and Jess is so patient with me and, I feel, always gives me the best deal she can.

2 Cruises booked with ease.

Booked 2 cruises 1 Explora , 1 Windstar for 2027 . Superb service from Nikki , who is very professional and friendly to deal with .I had trouble with a different Agent don’t know why I just didn’t go straight back to Nikki . She got me exactly what I wanted at an honest price and her responses to my questions etc.. were met with a can do attitude and I received my answers in a timely manner , making the whole booking a breeze .

Another cruise booked through Nikki Morgan at The Cruise Line. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Nikki for many cruises and she always makes it such a pleasure to part with money. Excellent service and she knows what we would like before we do.

They have provided us with excellent service for years!

My wife and I have been going on cruises for over twenty years and have relied on Cruiseline for our bookings for at least the last fifteen years. They provide great service and advice. Our consultant, Lynne, always reacts quickly to our requests. Most recently within a couple of days she helped us cancel one booking and secure a suite on another cruise.

Fuss Free Change Of Travel Arrangements/Intinerary with Expolra Journeys ...

We found it necasary to change the arrangements for a cruise on Explora Journeys, as we decided to switch over to a UK departure & arrival itinerary.
Jess Garwood at Cruiseline was exemplorary and made the changeover process fuss free, explaining clearly what was required and then took care of all the arrangements.
We were very impressed and would not hesitate to reccomend Cruiseline and especially Jess, who is always cheergful & happy to help!

Excellent service

This is the second time we have used Cruise Line to book a Windstar cruise and once again Lauren was really helpful explaining the pros and cons of all the options we threw at her. She quickly and efficiently researched multiple flight options and found us the right solution for us
