Ditched us for AI market

The AI answer on my post is hilariously wrong, never did they send me a message etc. just comes to show how much they care about the customer that payed them for years.

Fast delivery of all items

worst shipping ever said it needs 10 days... after ordering they took 6 days to accept the order and start shipping, from there they needed almost 2 weeks to ship to me... will never buy anything there again!

it took you 2 months for my refund with multiple emails from me you did not even answer your phone

I bought two SSDs and paid for the express delivery, between 2-3 days. After 5 days and it wasn't dispatched, I contacted through the chat where I was informed that given the holidays (even though it was after the holidays), it was delayed but it was going to be dispatched in the next 24h, as it was back in stock. I never knew it was out of stock. Two days after I got in touch again as it still wasn't dispatched, and I was informed that it was out of stock, and it would take between 5 to 7 days for it to be back in stock before being dispatched. With that said, I cancelled my purchase and bought in another place, as I needed it with urgency. The people in the chat were really nice, no complaints about them, but I will never buy from Crucial again.

Everything good but the delivery was too long

I am happy on my 16gb ram set. Only bad thing is delivery time on free. 10 work days are hellla long. But i am happy it works great no problem at all.

I placed my order more than two weeks ago, but I still don't have my item!
Tracking website shows that the item I ordered in Crucial's german website, started from Prague, came to Germany, left for Netherlands (!!!) and then came back to Germany, being lost somewhere, since 7 days ago!!!
I contacted their support 3 times! First they told me it takes 5 - 10 business days from the time that order is accepted. 11 days passed, I contacted them again, this time they said it takes 10 days from the time that package was shipped... I told them from this weekend I wont be able to get this item anymore, but they kept changing the narrative and asking me to wait more.
I asked for the refund, because I wont be able to get the item and they claimed that it needs to come, don't get delivered to me and gets returned to them so finally I can get my money back, which is absurd.
So, I am making sure no one around me place anything from Crucial website and also suggest it here: stay away from crucial because the process is a joke.

Two weeks delivery time is very long, within Europe and moreover, for a product purchased from the Far East such as China, there is a 10-day guaranteed delivery time. There is something strange about the delivery time.

The product was not working and it was returned but the refund was not provided. Very bad customer service. They never read their emails completely. They repeat the same email over and over again without providing a solution.

Product performs as expected. The means for tracking the Delivery weren't as apparent as i had hoped for. All in all i'm satisfied.

Price is very reasonable. Product compatibility is guaranteed. But, be careful with choosing delivery options. Better to pay for the delivery so the ordered item is not sent by mail.

Pathetic delivery service, no proper tracking available. Had no clue when I will get the parcel.
