Beware of Crowdology. I had used it for years and had just over £100 in rewards when one day I couldn't log on? On enquiry I was told 'I must have unsubscribed myself accidentally but if I subscribed with a new logon they would try to reimburse my losses. That new logon was then blocked by CINT due to my account being 'flagged' I hadn't done anything different but surely I must be owed what I had earned before being 'flagged. Just another occasion where a big company has stolen my money.
My account has now been restored and some payments made. Very big thanks to Caroline from Crowdology , who must have been as frustrated as me but she persevered and succeeded. Thank you Caroline.

A problem resolved quickly and expertly which allowed me to give my continued support completing surveys.

Reward paid in reasonable time.

I won't be doing any more surveys with them.
They claim that they will pay up within 1-4 Business days. As I write, I have been waiting 21 days.
This has happened several times over he last few months and every time Crowdology say they can't do anything about it and tell me to contact Cint.
If you really enjoy doing surveys, their are much better ones to sign up to.

I did not receive this payment, last payment sent from you to me was August 8th

I am now used to cashing in for my £10 Amazon voucher and find it easy to do. All good.

Plenty of surveys, but am having a problem at the moment in redeeming a reward---I have the following message--Cash out in:

It will take me, at past rate, 548 years and 7 months to do this. Funny, but true.

Pretty bad service. Have been unable to get a payment for over a week. Their PayPal link is faulty and has yet to be repaired.

Easy process to apply for rewards and always sent quickly. Easy to transfer to my Amazon account.

Very simple to claim and my reward was received relatively quickly.

Provides a variety of surveys regularly and rewards with cash through paypal or vouchers

Waiting for a payment since october.they start good, paying prompt then make you wait weeks. Customer service take long time or don't respond. Use other survey firms as far better.

The surveys are fine and normally don't take long to complete, Unfortunately I found it difficult to claim the rewards.

Crowdology have asked me to evaluate my experience with them. I have recently re- started doing surveys with them, after being away, then being blocked,(to my astonishment).

I find that you get surveys where they ask lots of information, then you are screened out. Then, you get sent to another survey, which does not even tell you how much you will be paid for the survey.

I did a survey recently, and customer “support” were not at all helpful, and asked me to contact CINT regarding payment, as payment failed for that survey.

The analogy is buying from a company, then the company saying in the guarantee period, if something goes wrong, you have to go to the manufacturer, as it has nothing to do with us. Crowdology support, rather than chasing the company, CINT, has decided to do the bare minimum.

I had one survey where I was told I would be paid in 2 weeks! I will wait and see if I am actually paid, and how Crowdology “support” deal with me if not.

I have had a very disappointing experience with Crowdology, as when I first joined I found it was excellent.

Its great to get rewarded for giving your opinion, with crowdology the surveys are easy to do, you can see what your earning and can redeem when you meet a certain amount and then can treat yourself!!

Disapointed that I had to apply quite a few times to get my money as it was only allowed to be collected in units of £8. Otherwise the transaction went smooth.

Prompt payment and well rewarded for studies, can't complain
