Put two real-estate platforms side byt side here: InRento and one of the higher-yield ones. InRento scored better at 8.6 and the pitch that sold me was the 0% capital loss in 5 years plus an actual ECSP licence. The cheaper-looking option was only ECSP-pending and leaned entirely on a buyback promise. I went with inRento even though the €500 minimum stung a bit because the regulator column made the risk difference concrete instead of me guessing. Definitely worth a look if you actually read the licence row and don't just chase the top yield.
