Scam. Chinese scam. Sent tracking number that wasn't to my address. Took the money, refused to fix the issue. Scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This business has multiple names. Sinsdfafic Mobguld Co.Ltd, CharmClosetShop are 2 more of them. I placed an order. Didn't receive it, tried to get information, they gave me a tracking number, when I asked more questions they gave me a different tracking number. Do not order from them. I never did receive my order and I can not get a refund from my credit card because they said it was delivered... They even told me to not contact them anymore because they were going on vacation and not to send multiple emails. The emails I sent were all on the same chain so the whole story was there.

SCAM!!!!! I placed an order in December and never received it. Their communication is HORRIBLE. They just keep regurgitating the shipping information.

In Nov, I ordered and paid for 2 swimsuits with matching skirts and a dress. I did not receive until the end of December, and opened the parcel to find 2 swimsuits with matching skirts, but NOT the ones I had ordered, completely different and not anything I would ever have ordered. No dress.
I immediately contacted the seller which advertised as elaswim, by all intents and purposes, looks like it is coming from the USA, but which is actually coming from Sinsdfafic Mobguld Co.Ltd in China. Absolute cowboys. They asked me to send proof of what I had received, which I did, then they offered me $11 compensation, no apology, nothing. The goods cost $168. I refused the compensation and asked for a returns label (on their refund policy page on their website, it states that if good received are significantly different to what is received, you can ask for a return label within 15 days...I did this the same day i received them) they refused this and said that if I wanted a refund /i'd have to return them at my own cost!!! I had paid by paypal, so instigated a dispute, but paypal are now saying that they have offered a refund so i have to return them at my own cost too!! Complete frauds. /how should i be responsible for return postage costs to CHINA when it is their mistake. And lets not forget about the dress, which /i never even received!!!! BEWARE

They also operate under the name Charmclosetshop. A recent order from November 16, 2025 became a nightmare, as I never received it. When I attempted to follow up with this seller, they continued to stall, lie, and try to persuade me to give in, I didn’t, and they are finally refunding my money. What saved me is probably the fact that I paid using PayPal. I initially started a return resolution with PayPal, they in turn sent my disdain back to this seller. After I threatened legal representation, the company finally declared a refund. Beware whenever you are buying anything online, especially on Facebook. If the website does not show a phone number, contact info etc. beware. I’ve learned my lesson. This company is in China. I will be sharing my negative review with my local BBB office as well.

I ordered Religious Christmas gifts for 5 family members over two weeks early because delivery was guaranteed in less than a week. From December 8-23 the tracking shows the items being shipped to 5 separate locations in Romania. The problem is that I live in the USA!!!!!
I cancelled my order due to Christmas being hours away and my items are still half a world away. Curious to see the legal battle I am about to face to get my $100 refund from this extremely shady "American" Company.

I also thought this was a USA product and company. I ordered clothing on November 18th. The website also stated fast delivery. When I saw these reviews I emailed the company and told them to refund my money and cancel my order but they said they couldn't and to give their product a try. I got a notice yesterday my product is coming from Spain! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered from this company. If and when I receive my clothing, and if they are good quality amd fit as they should, I will give a better review. But so far I have also been deceived! Who knows when I'll get my stuff.

Update: 12/10/2025 Well, my order is still in Spain!

Update: 12/14/2025. Clothing has made it to U.S. Customs. Geezzzz. It had been almost a month since I ordered.
On their website under how to cancel, the company says: "Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the Total Price regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations." I tried to cancel before there was any movement on my order and they refused to honor even the above.

Update: 12/18/2025: Received the clothes - finally! What a scam! The 2XL shirts I ordered for hubby are, at best, a size L. And the wording on the TShirts is poor quality and looks cheap. One of the ladies tops I bought the sleeves were way too short. The other top I bought, the collar material was UGLY - not cute as shown on website. I did keep one top and the hat. I will be reaching out today to return items.

Update 12/27/2025: I disputed the charges on my cc and emailed the company that I am returning their products and why and that I kept 2 items and will pay for the 2 items when they tell me how much. They responded to cc dispute. Waiting to hear from cc company. Man, these are crappy clothes!

Update: 1/12/2026: I won my dispute and received my money back from credit card company. AND, I still not heard from the merchant how to ship back the crappy clothing so I guess I keep. Never, ever will I buy from this company again!

I would rate NEGATIVE stars if I could. I ordered close to $300 worth of T shirts that were advertised as top quality. What did I get? Shirts so thin that you can literally read a book through them, cheaply printed, HORRIBLE quality and took over a month to arrive. BUYER BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM SITE!

Complete scam. Took 2 months to get my clothes and it feels like trash. Can't get refund because it costs twice as much to send this junk back. Hope karma hits them for screwing people.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. FIRST THEY BILLED MORE THAN THE ORDER. Then it claimed to have shipped and never arrived. I reached out to support and they resent my order. USPS tried to deliver but needed postage to be paid to deliver. Total scam, luckily I used Paypal and was refunded my entire purchase. Can I give negative stars?

If I could give less than 1 star I would........DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!! they are an absolute scam. I ordered product and got notice from my bank showing they billed me substantially more than my Invoice stated without any notice or explaination why. Fortunately I was able to stop the charge at my bank and file notice as a fraudulent charge before my card was debited....Now I am having to close my account as they have all my billing info and I dont trust that they wont place larger orders and steal from my account. Save yourself the headaches and buy elsewhere.!!!!

They are not made in the US, they're made in China. I ordered 2 shirts before I knew about this. They took my money and I've never received anything.

Very very thin. It’s something you could wear as an undershirt. I ordered 2XL not knowing they run 2 sizes smaller. They are for someone athletic who wears a size Large. It’s best described as a $.75 t-shirt with a $.25 iron on. It took 4weeks to receive. It said shipped from Greece. This is a very honest review that I hope helps with your decision to purchase.

Haven't received order. Ordered over a month ago. Emailed them because tracking shows stuck in the US. Note it also says it shipped from "Spain". Now they sent me a new tracking# and said they sent today, however the tracking# has info that dates back to 12 days ago? From China. Also charged totally different amount to my Paypal than my invoice.

Absolutely terrible product! Terrible customer service! Scammers in china do not buy!
