While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This is not a real company

This is not a real company. They will send you a quote for used auto parts (engines, transmissions) and will offer a really good price. It isn't real, in the email the pictures are taken from a different auto salvage yard that isn't associated with them at all. All the details on the website are fake, the address listed doesn't belong to them and they have a fake 5 star google review. Don't try to buy from this place or anyone claiming to be named "Carlos Mendez"

Crossroad auto parts / crossroad automotive is a SCAM!

Crossroad auto parts / crossroad automotive is a SCAM.
It looks like it is a legit website. And the "customer service" guy named Carlos Mendez is very convincing.
They even ask for your vin number so they can "verify" the part fitment.
They emailed me a few photos of the part that I wanted. But after closer inspection of the photos I noticed the watermark on the photos was for a different company. And then Carlos called me and said that they only accept direct wire transfer for payment. (Unreversable).
