Crossypay did not honour promotion offer and not responding to emails even after a month. Also there are charges for card payments, only bank transfer is not charged for which takes longer. I've found other money transfer apps such as Taptap Send to have better rates and no other fees let alone hidden ones and with money being transferred almost instantly or within hours let alone days with Crosspay. Only wanted to try for the promotion offer which wasn't honoured and definitely won't be using again.

Went to Croydon store, the lady was very rude and arrogant,didn’t have any respect for an elderly customer,told her I was going to complain about her,she said please do and all because I said she didn’t have any time for customers too busy talking on the phone
