Improments need all round

Improments need on shipping times - product shipped from China
Sizing isn’t correct - wrong sized polo shirt sent
Sending back to china is a huge cost
Quality of product wasn’t as expected
If I had read the comments, I don’t think I would have ordered from Cross & Crown

Run screaming

Run screaming! Total scam! They say they manufacture in the US, it’s a lie. They ship from China by order. Delivery time is months. Never do business these extremely dishonest people.

Wallet slide broke in a week…

The wallet slide broke in a week. It was a waste of money. The shirt is fine so far.

Update: They offered a 60% discount based on the price of the wallet on another purchase. Why would I pay for something that is useless in a week even with the discount. Seems like they don’t believe there will last consistently.

Excellent quality of materials

Quality clothes at reasonable prices. The material is excellent I have found. Delivery does take some time, about 10 days, but you are able to track the package at every step.

Avoid these guys like the plague

Avoid these guys like the plague. They try to represent themselves as an American company with a Florida address but try to return something and they demand you ship it back to China. They are a fraud. Avoid at all costs.

They claim their China connection is "disclosed" but that's not true. Just see the website, see the Florida address on their contact us page. They told me later that's just a "business registration page" but that's not ridiculous. It's on the Contact Us page in order to deceive you into thinking they're at that address. They're lying and now they have my money and I have a product that doesn't work and I can't return without significant cost (which they knew and prevents actual returns from happening).

They sold my email address

They sold my email address, and I’m not too happy about it. I’ve been getting spammed since placing an order.

Shipping took forever. Status emails were confusing and duplicated, sending status updates multiple times.

As for product, it wasn’t for me so I can’t speak on the quality.

My product never arrived

My product never arrived, despite an email from them stating it had been delivered. Given that I have a porch cam, I can prove this false. Numerous contacts to their customer service has gone nowhere. Do not trust this company.

I purchased a shirt and when I received…it was a child’s size

I purchased a shirt and when I received it it was sized a child’s small. I went to the post office to return it and the postage cost more than the shirt. I was determined though. I returned the item back to China in July. When ever I contact them they say they haven’t received the package. I think it is a scam and would not recommend them.

Initial contact went well

Initial contact went well. The sweater was a very sharp looking sweater made of high quality materials. What ruined the experience was how long it took to get the prooduct. The other issue is that this company made it seem like it was possibly USA based, but it was in China and very far from postal point.
