If I could give a more negative review I would. Placed an order on 12/07 and have yet to receive, today’s date is 01/07/2026. According to tracking it is still in transit yet they give a physical address of Florida…it actually ships from China. Do not recommend you buy anything from them.

Horrible experience. Ordered $100 jacket on 11/28/25 and its now 1/7/26 and still don't have it. Tracking is joke and they've stopped responding to my emails. Yes CC, I see your response that "your email response issue has been fixed". Where's my item and how do a get a refund on what will likely be a cheap incorrectly sized jacket? Never will order from again.

Ordered 2 sweaters for my husband for the holidays. Took 3 weeks to arrive, luckily I opened it right away to check the quality and realized the XL size was more of a M and would in no way fit my husband. I immediately emailed requesting to return the items for a full refund. I received an auto response that day, then nothing for a week. Then I get an email asking what's wrong and can I just keep the items at a 10% discount. I reply and say no, I want to return them since we can't use them. Again, I receive an auto reply, then nothing for another week. Then I get an offer for a 30% discount to keep it. Again, I said no and please provide me a return address. 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing. After Christmas, I email again asking if someone will reply. All I received was the auto reply, so I ended up filing a chargeback on my credit card. This company in no way is responsive, timely or makes the return process easy for the customer. The quality of the items is also definitely not as advertised. Even the fabric makeup listed online is different than the tag in the shirt. First and last time buyer at Cross & Crown

I ordered a “sweater” on December 8th as a Christmas gift. The shipping read 5-7 days. I didn’t get it until January.
It is NOT a sweater! It’s cheap sweatshirt material. And it would fit a child. It’s supposed to be a man’s large. I’ve emailed them repeatedly … NO reply. I’m reporting this to bbb and Facebook my bank and anyone else I can think of.

I had informed my Bank, Pay Pall, about this issue. After informing them and they reviewed my complaint. Today I received their answer: I got my money back through Pay Pall!! Thanks Pay Pall for your positive decision towards this issue!

Even 1 star is much too much!
It’s now 21 January and still no answer on their proposal to accept 30% refund (can keep the goods). The only respons you get is always the same mail send to a lot of others who complain here!
I got in contact with my bank Paypal and handed over the issue to them. They will take over my claim.
Once again no response to my mail from 8 January, after their reaction in Trustpilot. How many mails do I have to write? Their excuse is always the same; “a backlog in their support system”! Stop with these excuses and respond properly!

They promise to respond within 24 hours but still do not reply.

My wife purchased a sweater for me as a Christmas present. She placed the order Dec 5th; we finally received the pkg Jan 6. She emailed multiple times to check status or get a refund, never received a reply, and now she regrets not checking reviews first. The sweater itself seems to be cheaply made, and the large fits more like a medium.
It’s frustrating to see a faith-based company falter so badly in customer service and product quality.

The ONLY reason I gave them 1 star is I wouyld be unable to leave a review if I hadn't given them a star.
I purchased a jacket for my son for Christmas. I had to mail it to his home out of state, he opened it on Christmas. It didn't work for him, BUT the 14 day return policy stands even during the holiday season. Totally unresonable! They will not be getting any more business from me, and if I'd read any of the reviews already posted, I wouldn't have purchased from them anyway.

I ordered two sweaters (12/4) for my sons before Christmas and have not received them yet. As I continue to track them on the website, they haven’t moved yet from “customs”!!?? I hesitated as I placed the order in the beginning, because I’d never heard of this company before, but proceeded because I really liked the look and they “appeared” to be a US company. I should’ve read the reviews first. Never again. I can only pray I get the items I ordered soon. Words to the wise: if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn’t true.

Horrible company to deal with. I placed this order at the beginning of December for a Christmas gift and still don't have it. The tracking information is ridiculous and shows nothing helpful, and I only received this generic email as a result of sending multiple emails. There's no phone number on their site or a way to cancel the order. Based on these other reviews I'm not even confident that the product will be good if received.
***Edited to respond to the company's reply below. I did send my latest email 2 days ago (1/4/26) and still not a credible response (same generic auto generated one.) Still no phone number provided on the website. Still no way to cancel this order intended for Christmas.
* Edited 2/2- Received the product a few weeks ago and it did not fit. Asked for a refund. Didn't know it came from China. Long story short if I want to return, I have to pay all shipping (TO CHINA???) and they may or may not authorize the refund. Everything has to be in its original packaging, tags, etc, then they decide if the refund is approved? Who would risk sending it to China in hopes of "maybe" getting a refund? Option 2 is to not return the item and just get 30% back. But when they initially shipped they also charged for priority packaging(???) for 3.99, which I did not authorize, and the shipping cost on top of it. This whole experience is awful.

Complete scam. The sweaters look good in photos, but are the cheapest, smallest, most horribly made clothing I've ever seen in my life. Their return policy is a joke. They say customers have 14 days once it's received to return. I received my order on December 29th, and tried to return on January 4th, but was told that I was outside the return window. DO NOT order from them. Total scam.

Ordered a jacket for my husband but sizing was ridiculously small and did not match the info in the size guide. I have returned the item to China ( paying a small fortune to do so) but have not heard anything from support helpline and no refund given yet. I should have read these reviews, and it’s my fault that I did not. I placed my order on December 6th, which was intended as a Christmas gift. It is now January 2nd, and I have still not received it. Shipping info is suspicious, as the carrier info is not available. When I inquired via email, I received a templated response . I will be reporting to my bank and the BBB. Stay away!

I have sent 3 emails and received the same response each time like no one is reading concerns and computer is automatically responding with no human reading the question. Well, I ordered a jacket that took 4 weeks to be delivered. When i received it, I didn’t like the item at all and wanted to return it. They only offer an email address as a way to set up the return. I emailed them 6 times in a week and not one response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE STORE!! Horrible experience and I’m stuck with an item that I won’t use.
Update: well they replied and offered me a deal then said I should work it out with Affirm. Affirm said they can’t do anything so this situation has not been resolved. It’s now too late to return and I’m out $60. By the way, their offer was if I needed to return I would be responsible for sending it to China. Or I can keep the item and they would refund me half of what I paid. Will never order from them and you shouldn’t either.

This place should be investigated and shut down for fraud. They took my money and never delivered the package. I ordered two items meant as a Christmas present for my husband on 12/2. Nearly a month later and they still haven’t arrived and Christmas was 5 days ago. I have emailed their BS support 3 times now in the last week and not a single response. This sorry excuse for a business should be ashamed for how they do things. I have reported them to the BBB and plan to dispute the charge to my bank as well.
