I have been trying to reach you to return these cameras

Bought a new phone, had problems pairing it with my existing Crorzar 360 Outdoor Camera. Kept getting an Error message. I sent a message to Customer Support, and within 3 minutes received a call from Danny, who walked me through the process to correctly pair the new phone. Danny explained to me thoroughly that the only time I needed to "set up" is when I change Internet Company. I'm 83 & no "Techie" so wasn't aware of that, & tried to "set up" the system for new phone. All I needed do was download the App & code in passwords. Once again, within a manner of minutes, Danny had things sorted out, properly linked and helped me be a Happy Camper with great monitoring of my Crorzar camera through my phone. HOORAY !! Highly recommend this Company, Technician, & Products.

Not only had problems with resetting my Crorzar 360 outdoor camera, but also with my phone. Danny Matt kept up until I managed to reset my phone, then he walked me step-by-step through the whole process to link the camera with new Modem, & phone in use. Danny was patient. courteous and thorough to assure proper operation and connection was made. I am 83 yrs old. far from modern technics so very much appreciate the kindness shown to me by Danny. I have the camera set up to monitor my front drive, and can monitor through my Android phone thanks to Danny being so informative, patient and courteous to me. Highly recommend the company because of fantastic service received. Thanks again, Danny. May you continue to be a blessed worker !!

Overall great service and product from start to finish. Camera had a few glitches after a week installed. Called for tech support and was called back by Danny. This guy took me through the entire operation and corrected everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the entire process. I could not have corrected the problem without him. I suggest everyone buy their products because the tech service, the friendliness, and knowledge of their products are remarkable. Thank you Danny!!!

Received my cameras, on time, only took a couple minutes to get them all working, only a couple steps!
Pictures are great, very clear, they work with the App I already was using as I have a couple of their earlier models.

Will write a detailed review as I use the features more to provide accurate information.

Very easy to set up! Great picture quality

I purchased a 360 Outdoor Solar unit thinking it would follow detected motion.When received, I installed the unit. Only after calling technical support because the unit was not functioning correctly, did I find out that 360 Outdoor Solar does not follow motion. The info about the unit does not say anywhere that function does not work on that unit. The tech rep was very nice and explained the solar unit does not have the follow motion feature because it would run down the battery too quickly. I returned the unit to exchange for 360 Hardwired unit, and I'm awaiting delivery.

Anytime l have issues they have solved them. I love the way my 6 cams work and l can keep an eye on everything around my house even when l am not home.

So far so good , everything works great

Even after several attempts by an associate by phone to get camera to work properly, it would not. Would not give me an alarm and would not record in the area I wanted.
