Crocon Engineers - Caution for Subcontractors

Crocon Engineers Review - Caution for Subcontractors

As a subcontractor, I was instructed by Mr. Matthys Steyn of Crocon Engineers to provide structural drawing revisions for the Glenmont Apartments Raft Foundation project. I delivered the work, including PDFs and a Revit model, in good faith. Crocon Engineers disputed the time spent on revisions, so I reduced my invoice to €350 to resolve the matter. Despite this, they have not paid or responded to two letters of demand. Evidence suggests they are using my drawings and Revit model, which remain my property until paid. Subcontractors should exercise caution when considering working with Crocon Engineers due to this non-payment issue.
