We decided to go with the Crocodile Garage Door because we were impressed with the samples that the sales rep showed us, which had 'Quality and Strength' written all over them.
Our two fitters, Mark and Paul arrived on time and started by clearly explaining what they were going to do; they worked through the changeable English weather that we are blessed with and when the work was complete, we received a comprehensive demonstration of the door features and our questions were well answered.
Mark and Paul worked efficiently and cleanly, no mess left. We are well pleased with the end result and are happy to recommend Crocodile.

Useless! I took time off work to wait for the surveyor who didn't turn up? He said he was stuck in traffic and somebody would ring to re book
I'm still waiting and I have now ordered new doors from a more reliable company

We have been thoroughly impressed with Crocodile throughout the whole process of purchasing our new double roller garage door, from the initial ordering through to a thorough clean up on completion of the work! It is an excellent product. We were kept informed of when to expect the door, Mark and Paul turned up bang on time, did an excellent job and completed the work in one morning. We have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

What a great company, process from start to finish was A1,no pressure.I had my electric garage door fitted today by Ricardo and John who I cannot fault, they did a superb job and left the site clean and tidy.Finish job is excellent, would definitely recommend Crocodile Products.

Just had a garage door installed by Mark & Paul who were excellent in every aspect of the job. Arrived on time, explained carefully what was to be done, worked tidily throughout, recommended the best choices for an aesthetically pleasing result, employed high levels of skill and craftsmanship and provided a very professional service.

The product and installation team were great, it’s crocodile the company that’s the issue, at the selling point, we were told that a Friday installation wouldn’t be an issue as I work full time but my wife has Friday off, we paid our deposit and booked a date for the surveyor to visit which was very painful.
It took nearly three weeks to organise but eventually carried out the survey.
Once this was done another painful experience getting the installation booked in and we were told that no way they could carry out the installation on a Friday, we explained that this was the only day available and that the sales man Mike said this day wouldn’t be an issue but it clearly was and it felt that once the deposit had been paid there was no going back.
My wife ended up having to take a valuable days holiday to accommodate crocodile.

The garage fitters are proper tradesmen

We were sold on the product by Allan Johnston our initial advisor, the quality of the product was so evident to see with the sample Allan showed us. Then on 3 June two fitters Jay and Daz came and made a start. Jay explained everything that was needed to be done both were focused on the job in hand but so pleasant and talkative that it put our minds at ease as to the installation. They worked through rain and prepared for the delivery the following day. Along with Mike the delivery driver I could see why Crocodile has its reputation, the quality of the product and work ethic was clear to be seen. Jay and Daz worked tirelessly all day and finished the job to an exceptional standard. We can’t thank Jay and Daz enough for their input we are now enjoying the result of all their hard work. Would recommend Crocodile to anyone looking to enhance their house with a winter garden other companies we tried don’t come close to the quality and workmanship.
