CSPA 12-month Program
In 2024, I applied to seven CRNA programs and was invited to three interviews. Despite my efforts, I did not receive an acceptance. I decided to seek additional guidance and joined the CRNA School Prep Academy (CSPA) 12-Month Intensive Program in November 2024. This decision changed everything. With the support of CSPA, I entered my second application cycle in 2025 with renewed determination. This time, every application I submitted resulted in an interview invitation. By April 2025, I had already received three interview invitations and was accepted into my top-choice CRNA program! I highly recommend using CRNA School Prep Academy 12-month program!

Big part of my acceptance
I found the ICU library with lectures on pharmacology/patho that we use in practice both as an ICU nurse and CRNA to be very much useful. I impressed the panel that was interviewing me using the information that this program offered. Big part of my success. Watching the recorded practice interviews was great as well. Also I feel as though I had a solid direction/structure of the process of getting into school using this program. I talk to many people who want to get into CRNA programs but they just seem so lost on how to become a competitive applicant.

Beyond excited to be accepted to my first choice school!!
My GPA is 3.7, I have 3.5 years of ICU experience, committee, conference, shadowing and volunteer experience and my CCRN and CMC. Although I was able to get interviews with my stats, my interview skills were my weakness, especially those emotional intelligence questions.
It was very daunting to reapply to CRNA schools because it seemed that my interview skills were just something I couldn't improve. Nevertheless, I knew that I was meant to become a CRNA and joining CSPA made the process of reapplying less scary. I found a community of like-minded people with a passion for anesthesia and the program's resources helped me organize my application process. I watched the mock interviews and EI coaching videos and reviewed the clinical knowledge skills and pharmacology every few weeks. I also did mock interviews before EACH of my real ones and that really helped me get rid of pre-interview nerves. At the end, I heard back from my first choice school after interviewing with them and I am now planning to join the NAR bootcamp to prepare for going back to school!
I am so very thankful to Jenny, Dawn, Richard and the CSPA team for helping me get one step closer to my dream profession. They helped me feel confident that there's nothing holding me back from achieving my goals. The application process is very difficult but having CSPA has made a huge difference and I highly recommend the program to anyone looking to apply to CRNA school!

Opportunity of a lifetime because of CSPA
The resources offered by CSPA are seemingly unmatched. I was skeptical at first but as I began to have frequent meetings with CRNA’s who have been a part of various admission committees, I felt from a personal standpoint that my chances of getting into CRNA school sky rocketed. The learning offered through the critical care library was also incredibly useful and the mock interviews through TeachRN were paramount in my success when interviewing with various CRNA programs. I am so glad I did the CSPA 12 month intensive program.

I GOT IN! CSPA helped this dream come true
I GOT IN!! CSPA helped this dream come true!!CSPA is an incredibly robust site for education and prep help for CRNA school! They truly have everything to help aspiring RN's on this journey to CRNA school. Virtual conferences where you can have 1:1 conversations with program directors was particularly impressive and unique! CSPA has a deep learning library and available resources, I used GPA calculator and essay review, both helpful!

I knew I had what it took to become a CRNA, but navigating that journey alone can be daunting. However, the resources, knowledge, and community provided by CSPA are invaluable. GREAT Program
I knew I am going to be a future CRNA. But I did not know what exact pathway to be there. Guarantee Program helped me be clear about the pathway and be organized! This program provides everything I need to know and prepares me to be a competitive applicant. I applied to 4 schools: 2 denies, 2 interviews, and got accepted into one!

Thank You CSPA Team!
After an unsuccessful first year of CRNA applications, I came across CSPA and the supportive community and educational resources they offer. I immediately began interacting, attended a virtual conference, and joined as a member shortly after. In this past year of membership I have utilized the critical care library, attended more virtual education sessions, studied the 5 day interview prep course, attended a mentor session, reviewed pre-recorded mock interviews, and utilized TeachRN for more resume and interview practice. I credit CSPA, their resources, and supportive community for so much of my success this second application round. I applied to 4 schools, received interview invites to all of them, was accepted to one, waitlisted at another, and withdrew my other applications.
This program works!! Jenny and the CSPA team have a genuine interest in helping give you the tools to reach your CRNA goals. So cheers to you & thank you for giving CRNA hopefuls a space to grow and chase their dreams!

A perfectly curated journey to acceptance!
I utilized the guarantee program to help jumpstart my application journey and hopefully shorten the amount of application cycles I would need to do. The resources on CSPA are incredible and the faculty that present have such great insight into the selection process! I found everything about CRNA school prep academy helpful in my journey to becoming a SRNA. The podcast really helped me understand what it’s takes to be a SRNA. 5 day interview prep
I purchased a 5-day interview prep course that included a couple of bonus resources. The course provided condensed information, including questions and videos, giving me a great refresher on some systems. I needed to polish my interview skills quickly, and this course did just that, particularly in guiding me on how to answer questions effectively. It was worth the money. Accepted!
