I received my lenses after around 6 weeks, and they were the wrong size. I asked for a replacement or refund, but I had to ship them back at my own cost so I didn't bother.

The company told me to circumvent USPS shipping regulations in order to send them cheaply, but I didn't do that as it would mean potentially losing out on full insurance cost, and returning the items for $20 for them to potentially just say "no, these are okay" doesn't seem worth it.

I would avoid and instead try and find somewhere locally, or just buy some on eBay.

***Genuine Replacement Lens and Excellent Customer service**
I ordered my replacement lens for my Ray Ban wayfarer's as the one that came when I first buy them were all scratched. I did enough research before buying them and everyone has imitation or of a different brand.
This is the only web site that has right product.
Shipping was a little late as it came all the way from Luxotica (Italy) but its definitely worth waiting.
I will definitely re-order from them in the future and also I will recommend them to any of my friends.

The ear/temple pads wore out and crumbled on my favorite Rayban (eyeglasses). These were very expensive glasses and I was desperate to find replacement ear pads. I searched high and low on Google and discovered this company. I was a little concerned buying overseas but the entire process was smooth and included confirmation emails and shipping notifications. The replacement parts showed up after about 10 days here in the U.S and it was worth the wait to get exactly what I needed to get me glasses back up and running. Thank you!

I would avoid this at all costs. There is 0 effort from them to trace my package that is not delivered at my home, or at the place they say the tracking shows. Until a product arrives at the customer, the company is responsible for it but it seems like they don't care about if the customer receives a product or not, as long as they make the sale. Better spend a little bit more somewhere else and get actual customer service.

I bought new lenses for my Ray Ban, although I choose the right model the lenses did not fit in my glasses. There was no exchange possible.

I’m terrible with sunglasses and stepped on my polarized clubmasters 2 times within a month. The second time destroyed the plastic brow bar and super glue/epoxy fixes would only hold for a few days. This company had everything I needed for a full refurbishing of my glasses, OEM screws and tortoise shell brow bars for a very modest price! I could be happier, shipping to west coast Canada was fast. Very pleased that I found this company and will definitely use them in the future

I was looking for a replacement temple for a discontinued Ray Ban model. The customer service reps were very helpful in identifying a possible substitue replacement temple. Unfortunately, the temples I received were not a good match. I selected them from two possible options. My dissatisfaction is that the cost of returning the temples to Spain from California is cost prohibitive. The temples were $50 and the prices I have been quoted for international return has been $25 as the least expensive so far. Be cautious and careful and be aware of the price of return. An expensive lesson for a retiree on a fixed income such as myself.
