Horrible photochromatic lenese that barely change. First email was left unread. Had to write a second time. Offered grey lenses to replace them. Then told there would be a price change charge. I had grey asked for mirrors as they were cheaper , I’m told grey or nothing. Then surcharge dropped after I proved the CSR (same guy) asked for extra cash. I would have simply returned them if I knew they’d act that way. Horrible product and dishonest CSR.

Fast, easy, reliable and an excellent product. Replacement lenses were sent to me in the UK, they arrived much sooner than expected. The lenses themselves are very high quality (I opted for the Elite Polarized compatible lenses), and I think they are better than the original Oakley lenses they replaced. Overall very impressed with the service and product, I will definitely be ordering all replacement lenses from Replacementlenses.net in the future.

After reading a few of the negative reports I was worried when my order placed on 27 Nov 2022 hadn't arrived by 18 Dec. I contacted them via WhatsApp on the Sunday evening and had a response from them with a Royal mail tracking number by 10am on the Monday morning. They arrived on Tuesday 20 Dec. Considering the postal strikes in the UK, this delivery time wasn't an issue. When I installed the Oakley compatible lens, they appeared to completely change the shape of the frame. I took before and after pictures and Whatsapped them to show them and they came back within 15 minutes advising me to swap the lens round. Voilà....it worked and I now have a perfect pair of Sunglasses once again. Excellent product and customer service.

Issues now resolved, had to get PayPal involved who thankfully sorted the refund after trying for a month….. Well, item was miss delivered by Royal Mail, proof of this sent to them, despite numerous emails no further forward and now been ghosted. Awaiting PayPal refund action. Seems they have no idea about UK and European Mail order laws shame. Only response i get is i have to ‘wait’….. for DHL to investigate…. Errrr they miss delivered with proof issued….. up to the seller to refund then claim not make the customer wait!

I ordered replacement lenses for a pair of Ray-Bans for delivery to Canada. The ordering process went smoothly, the cost of the lenses and shipping was reasonable and the lenses arrived reasonably quickly.

They're exactly the same as the original lenses they replaced. They're genuine Ray-Ban lenses, plane-polarised and fit the frames perfectly. They even included a 10% discount voucher for the next order.

I didn't have to contact the company at any point because the transaction went so smoothly.

After purchasing replacement lenses for my sunglasses I've noticed some damage as the mirror paint was coming off.
I've contacted the staff at ReplacementLenses.net and they promptly sent me another pair of lenses at no extra cost.

After receiving my replacement lenses, I was disappointed to find that I had been sent the wrong sized item.

I got in touch with customer service, explaining the situation, and received a very prompt response. They quickly sent another pair that were a perfect fit.

This is a pure scam. They took my money, did not deliver anything and did not return any money. Scammers, do not recommend. Their reply is a pure lie, since they have not event told me at what post office it should be picked up, moreover as per tracking number the item has been returned to destination country on September 11, 2022, however as of this date no any refund has been made. I've got all the proves and confirming documents.
As of November 11, 2022 no refund has been made.
A chargeback procedure is initiated. Will keep you posted :)

i needed new lenses for my ray-bans 3386 due to the inner layer flaking off).id bought these for myself from disney world so were special to me.i looked at a few sites but settled on ReplacementLenses.net. i found what i needed quickly and easily at what i thought was a fair price.it took 9 days from start to finish for my lenses to get from germany to the uk.lenses were intact and in offical ray-ban packaging. i fitted the lenses in 10-15 mins with the help of the 4 in 1 screwdriver which was a huge help.my glasses are as good as new now and i am so happy.i would definetly recommend ReplacementLenses.net.lesson learned is always wipe water off the lenses immediately especially on a hot day.my order number was #360836

Fast shipping...originall glasses...recomendation

I ordered some replacement lenses for my Ray Bans and they are great. The colour I wanted wasn't in stock however they changed it one which was, and refunded the difference. Not sure if this would have happened if I hadn't sent them a message through WhatsApp. The delivery from order took about 2 weeks to the UK.

Just received my replacement Ray-ban lenses and they fit like a glove saved a lot of money by not having to purchase new Sunny’s
