Better pricing and very affordable shipping compared to the other leading guitar tools manufacturer. They have less of a range in some areas of guitar building, but all the essentials are there, and then some.

Amazingly well made products that are accurate and work well, Delivery was perfect, no complaints, would recommended them to anyone interested in working on guitars and music instruments.

I've bought nut files and various fret polishing products and everything is of the highest quality at reasonable prices. Delivery is fast and efficient and when I had the need to ask a 'real' person a question they went out of their way to help.
It is highly unlikely that I will ever build a guitar but if I did this is the first place I'd come.

Really quick delivery

My son and I took a 3 day kit building course and it was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. We learned a great deal and we went home with guitars to be proud of. Each day was hard work but didn't feel rushed and the results were very rewarding. The staff were happy to pitch in if we struggled with specific tasks, took care to make sure we got good results, made sure that we understood what was going on and answer any questions we had. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would happily go again just for the pleasure of building another guitar and hanging out with the course tutors, Dom and James, who were great company.

The staff were very friendly and helpful regarding my order and the postage to South Africa. The tool quality is superb and being made by luthiers is reassuring.

Rapid delivery from a company that actually stock what they advertise.

The final refinish was very good but it had to be redone a second time as the first time there were still visible marks in the wood. It also took a few months for the work to be done due to staffing issues. Am I satisfied with the work, yes but it took far longer than I expected.

Ordered a fret levelling file from Crimson and it didn't disapoint. Has made fret levelling so much easier and the tool is great quality. Would recommend 100%
