My daughter started with Crimson in her freshman year and I could not be happier. Crimson helped her come up with an amazing capstone project and have been guiding her to be accepted to her dream school. It’s not a company for everyone. They help your kid come up with their own work, they don’t do it for them. Some people think that, if you are paying, they should do all the work. That’s not what Crimson does. It’s a very serious coaching company. There are multiple people working with your kid, and when I was not too impressed with one of them, Customer service immediately offered me a replacement. My daughter is applying for college this fall and I only had great experiences with Crimson. Highly recommend.

Before working Crimson Education, i faced with many difficulties in the US application process. But after deciding to work with crimson, i received a enthusiastic support and guidance from the team--the strategist, SSC, portfolio constructor and many other mentors. Crimson Education has helped my daughter, Tanvee, quickly shift into the new package of UK and Singapore. For example they advised shifting from Hindi as foreign language to other languages and she has been able to quickly take up Spanish AB as her choice. Further, the advisors- Rachana, Arhaan and Patrick have been phenomenal in advising on strategic extracurriculars related to her chosen stream- economics. I am very hopeful that with this proactive guidance, Tanvee will be able to not only get her dream college but also the stream of her choice.

My experience has been great because of my wonderful councillors Tamilla Khanna and Vedika Mehta, who have both been very proactive and responsive throughout my journey with Crimson. They have always followed up to my doubts and questions and never leave anything hanging.

The insight that Crimson Education provides is great for applying to colleges that have highly selective admissions.

After hearing strong recommendations from a few senior parents, we decided to explore Crimson along with a few other college counseling options. Following the initial consultations, we chose to move forward with Crimson.

The first couple of years were focused on building Our Daughter's profile with a mix of guidance, mentorship, and strategic planning. While there was some mentor churn during this phase, which made the process feel a bit uneven at times, it was still a step in the right direction. However, the churn during the crucial application phase was particularly frustrating. We raised our concerns directly with Crimson's CEO and COO, and I must say the response was swift, thoughtful, and transformative. What followed was a significantly improved experience.

Even though our team was spread across Korea, France, and California, while we were based in California, time zones never posed a problem. When we needed guidance, feedback, or simply reassurance, the team was always available, flexible, responsive, and genuinely committed. I've seen forum posts worrying about time zone differences, but in our case, having a global team actually became a strength. It created an "around-the-clock" support model and brought diverse perspectives into essay reviews, which enriched the final outcome.

The entire team, including those we interacted with directly and those working behind the scenes, went above and beyond, not just during the application season but also as results began to roll in. They were there to help process decisions and even to guide us through the early stages of preparing for college life.

Crimson's support was not just tactical, but also emotional. They helped keep Our Daughter grounded, focused, and confident throughout a very demanding process. We're deeply grateful for their partnership and would recommend them to families navigating the complex college admissions landscape.

I was a subpar student in high school and I was lucky to get into Cal Poly SLO. However, I did not fit in well at the school and the social scene was not a great fit for me. I tried to apply out as a transfer by myself after my freshman year, but had little luck. Sophomore year I decided to work with Crimson and create a structured plan around extracurriculars as well as months of thoughtful work on what my goals were, which lead to more thoughtful school selection, and then we worked vigorously on my essays. I originally wanted to apply to USC, which Crimson was supportive of, but they also pushed me to take a chance and apply to reach schools like Cornell. I ended up getting accepted to both USC's real estate development program as well as Cornell's school of hotel administration. As a B level student in high school I never would have believed that I'd be accepted into either of these schools. I just chose to commit to Cornell because their program is arguably the best undergraduate real estate program in the country, along with other qualitative factors. I'm extremely grateful for all of the support that Crimson gave me throughout the entire process. Helen and Joy were extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
