I was very disappointed to say the least . All of my family members ordered from another company and their results were fairly similar. Mine was not even close. Also i ordered the health report and it came back as inconclusive. They said it can happen for several different reasons.Then asked me if I wanted to purchase a new one. If it came back inconclusive. They could have refunded the money or sent me a new test free of charge.

I Cannot Access My Reports
I did not get what I paid for because I can't access my reports. Plus, it was my understanding that my report would be much more comprehensive and inclusive than it was. I don't like the fact that the CRI wants you pay extra for additional information. I'm not a happy camper!

This company lied when getting me to…
This company lied when getting me to buy the product by not informing me of the hidden cost of the product. I was not told that after you've paid $300+ dollars, you still have to buy credits in order to see your results. Then, they give me a maternal DNA report that literally excluded my mother's African Heritage by placing her entire family in Europe as if I did not know my mother's people. It's been ridiculous and a very humiliating experience

Not comprehensive and lots of add-ons to buy later
Several results were clearly wrong - such as B9 absorption. I happen to know I have two copies of MTHFR c.665C>T variant (homozygous). This did not pick that up, apparently. It also lumped by Norwegian heritage into Germanic. Very disappointed with this DNA test, especially for the cost. There are also a LOT of add-ons you have to purchase. I will have to order one that is more accurate and that doesn't nickel and dime the consumer.

Hi, Thanks again for your honest feedback! I do appreciate it. I’m sorry the results didn’t match what you already know about your MTHFR status. Just to clarify, our current reports don’t yet include specific gene variants like MTHFR. Our Health and Wellness section focuses more on traits that are predicted based on your genotype, which can suggest certain tendencies or characteristics. That said, genetic traits can be influenced by mutations over time, especially with the diverse mix of genes we inherit from our ancestors, so the predictions aren’t always spot on.
Also, our current reports don’t cover potential health risks or diagnose conditions. We’re still working on developing a more advanced health-focused test, but that kind of testing may eventually require medical oversight, so we don’t have a set release date just yet.
I know it’s frustrating when expectations aren’t met, especially with the cost involved. If you’d like, I’m happy to take a closer look at your results or answer any questions.

6 wks still waiting and no information, feedback, connection regardless of several attempts. Hate leaving neg feedback. However I tried relentlessly and paid a high price for results. It's not just the cost that has an affect but the anticipation and waiting to find answers, so not just a product but also an emotional journey.

Super clever insight from on DNA sample
Loved the report. Showed me my mix for the last 5 generations but then also showed me a time line going back hundreds of years. Loved the report showing famous people I have DNA similarities too.

generations back? I'm not. Who are we being compared to Adam & Eve? I think this information is bogus. I wish I had read the reviews before sending $150.00 to these scammers. Do not use this company, too many problems with overcharging, kits you can’t register, making you pay for kits when your results are inconclusive. After whatever your results are, they keep pushing you aggressively to buy more and more testing. It’s a racket.
