Nice staff but poor Scheduling
My aunt has been having some support from this company Bolton branch for 10 days and it’s been hit and miss with the times they arrive which is usually to late . To my horror they missed the tea and bed calls and if I hadn’t of called in on her at 11pm at night she would have been in the chair for 20 hours without the toilet and food and drink . She is unable to get up independently so this was a case of neglect . When they do arrive as planned the care staff are lovely.. shame the scheduling let them down and created incidents .

Not satisfied after leaving the agency
Good company while you’re working but when you leave they don’t respond to you calls and emails. I left the agency because of personal reasons and they didn’t provide me the P45 form and from the HMRC they charged me for the Emergency Income Tax. I need the form as a proof of leaving job and my class of tax but even after one month Still nobody care about it.

Great place to work
Great place to work. Lots of opportunities for training and development. Was offered to do my NVQ through their training academy. The job is really rewarding and the office staff are supportive.
