Excellent execution, never knew I can make money through online real estate investing. Crexi and Binghatti Investment 5 made it all possible. These two companies have really changed my ideology on passive real estate investing. I'm glad they re both getting the recognition they deserve here in TrustPilot. I highly recommend especially for newbies into online real estate investing.

Only the first day of having the listing posted among multiple platforms - have gotten more responses from other platforms than Crexi so far.

Expensive, not as easy to use as advertised. Even for a simple function like "save search," the site cannot remember and I have to set it up every time.

Yearly subscription is definitely not worth it. Would love to go back and tell myself to skip this one.

Customer service has declined severely. No longer have a designated point of contact. Every time we reach out with an issue they deny that the issue exists until you insist or send proof.

Examples- lead report not downloading after pending for 24 hours. I tell the agent this and they told me it just takes a while because we have a lot of listings. I point out it has never taken 24 hours before and then they tell me there is a "bug". A week later I finally got the report exported, and it looked completely different and they disabled the function that allowed you to only download data from active listings. So we have to download data from ALL our listings that we have ever posted, and then sort in excel (the agent literally told me to do it in excel, when they used to allow us to only download active listing data).

We also had documents from closed (supposedly private) listings downloaded by leads. When we reached out they said that was not possible- we provided notifications that they had been downloaded and did not get a reply. This is a security issue.

After more issues finally they tell us their product team has been making changes to the site. No one in the CS team seems informed about changes. There was no notice that features would be unavailable or taken away or changed.

Everything was explained clearly and with patience.

Fantastic site, fantastic customer service, brings a ton of leads and is the best site of it's kind on the internet

I've been a commercial real estate broker for 22 years and a subscriber to Crexi Pro for about 3 years. While maintaining a relatively inexpensive platform to market properties and receive leads from, Crexi is increasingly becoming a vehicle for scammers and phishers. Fake profilers generate fake leads, which then send you multiple emails to gain your personal information in the form of e-sign documents or to plant malware infected emails. If Crexi doesn't remedy this quickly by requiring more authenticated sign-ups or memberships, I'll need to ditch it for something more secure

I've just started using Crexi, and I'm already impressed by their dedicated support system and outstanding customer service. The team has been incredibly helpful and patient, always willing to explain everything thoroughly. It's been a smooth and positive experience so far, and I’m looking forward to exploring more of what Crexi has to offer!
