We worked with Martha Pope. She was so supportive, convincing us to stick with the price we'd hoped for. There were several offers and the old adage that the first offer is the best offer didn't apply to us. It was worth the wait. When we were willing to spend money in any way she suggested, she said we didn't need to... Honestly, it was a breeze working with her. I would highly recommend her!

Explanation and follow-through have been great.

Dont use this service. Wrong phone numbers, bounced emails. They just want you to sign a 12 month contract and take your money. Do yourself a favor and look for another resourse. They have not even tried to help me. Run from this company and dont give them your credit card information. I gave the a month to rectify.

The associates are happy and knowledgeable.

My experience was made by the payouts of the site and am looking forward to work for more.

I have been a user of CREXI for many years. ago I found the value of their product, technology, and customer service superior to CO-Star without the price and hassle.
Recently, I had a situation that needed to be addressed.
Admitedly it took a period of time, but Jessica Dunphy was finally assigned to the case. With 5* service, she rose to the occasion & CREXI continues to be the best overall product in the marketplace for a reasonable price

He carefully paused between each sentence however the words that he spoke in each sentence were spoken too fast for me. I couldn’t understand very much of what he said during the entire session.

Patrick Clark has been very helpful with walking me through different areas of the Crexi platform I wasn't familiar with. He's shown me tips and tricks that will certainly help my business moving froward and is always offering his time to make sure I can navigate thr platform on my own.

These guys are the absolute worst. Expensive, but more importantly poor support on how to use their product.
Two key issues:
They tend to keep properties for sale on far beyond the actual completed transaction so you don’t really know what is available or not.
**Most importantly, I have been trying to cancel my subscription of $900 per quarter since April and they make it impossible to stop using their services. I’m forced now to try and stop payment with my cc company after an extra $1800 charge that I did not want. They want your money and they don’t care about your experience. This thing is a total sham. Use Loopnet. Way better. Crexi is a joke!

On a phone call agent said we were not locked in. We were. So now I have to spend $5000 that I did not want to spend. Company will not stand up and do the right thing. l will not use the product.

I’ve been asking for someone to reach out to me to discuss termination of the contract but my messages are ignored.

Most importantly i have deals on both sites and all of my calls from interested buyers and tenants are coming from Crexi - not Loopnet
