Adrian from Crexi support was fantastic. I had been dealing with issues getting my listing live for several days, and Adrian stepped in and quickly got everything resolved. The listing had a few specific details that needed to be hand held, and Adrian made sure it was set up exactly the way I needed.
Adrian also helped fix a video I had uploaded and got it displaying properly on the listing, which I really appreciated.
Once Adrian got involved, the response time was extremely fast and it genuinely felt like I had a personal representative making sure everything was done right and that I was completely satisfied.

I have had nothing but the best experience using this software. The data is real time and for us covers the entire country. The customer service provided by Crexi is 10 out 10 for response time and training. I highly recommend anyone in either the commercial or residential space to check it out.

As an agent with listings in the system, I needed help with getting my Brokerage profile updated, as this can only be done through the Support system. Within 30 minutes they had my request fulfilled and feels like I didn't miss a beat. Thank you for such quick service.

Beware
Beware. Fast talked into signing a 12mth contract for a service that didn't deliver as promised. I'm a broker and was told i can search thought mortgage data and find potential deals, but the amount of time it takes to find any useful data and to find i'd be luck if 1 of 100 contacts answered makes the platform useless to me. I reached out multiple times letting them know that it's not working out and their only response is to schedule a zoom call to show me how to use it again. Regardless it was a waste of time and money. 9 mths in, never use the service and they won't allow me to cancel. A $6,000 mistake.
