Cretevillas4u were a fantastic company to deal with. Very responsive to emails, gave a lot of very good information leading up to our holiday about the Villa, services, car rental, location link to drive to our Villa. Everything was very well thought & really helpful. We were met at the Villa on our arrival night, late on a Friday, had some welcome food which was such a nice gesture. Cleaning service every 3 days, again can’t fault that. Exceptional service, would definately book through Cretevillas4u again without hesitation!

I honestly don’t usually write reviews this long, but I really wanted to take the time to write this one because Despina and her husband made our stay so special.

We travelled with our little boy and before arriving I had only asked if they could provide a baby cot. That was all we expected. When we arrived, we were so surprised to see that they had thought about everything for him. There was a high chair, a blender so we could prepare his meals, and other little things that you really appreciate when travelling with a baby.

As parents, these small gestures mean a lot. It immediately made us feel comfortable and, more importantly, welcome.

Despina and her husband are just genuinely lovely people. We never felt like we were simply guests staying in their apartment. They were warm, kind and always happy to help. It really felt like staying with people who cared about us having a good holiday.

The apartment itself was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. After a day at the beach, it was actually nice to come back and relax there. It quickly felt like our little home in Crete.

We also loved the location. Everything we needed was close by – restaurants, shops, pharmacies – and a lot of places were still open late in the evening. We had rented a car and there is a big car park only a couple of minutes away, which made things very easy.

There are also several beaches you can walk to in around 5–10 minutes. Psaromoura Beach was probably our favourite. Absolutely beautiful, and definitely somewhere we will remember from this holiday.

But what we will remember most is the kindness we received from Despina and her husband. When you travel with a small child, having people make you feel this comfortable and welcome makes such a difference.

Thank you both for looking after our little family. We came to Crete for a holiday and left with some really lovely memories.

If we come back to this part of Crete, we already know where we’ll be staying.

Found Cretevillas4u.com to be very professional business..all my questions were answered & the supplied overview for the Villa & area it was located was very helpful..we used a number of the noted suppliers such as private chef service, grocery delivery service and private car transfers.

Very excellent service! Days before arrival we got a guide book with explanation about the house and all amenities and sights. Phone numbers and contact details of everything and everyone we would meet or need during our stay. We felt very taken care off by Dimitra and her team from CreteVillas4U. Everyone at CreteVillas4u was wonderful helping make our trip enjoyable and relaxing. Before we arrived, they helped to make arrangements for a chef to prepare a welcome dinner when we arrived and for a day sailing along the coast.

CreteVillas4u made the whole process from start to finish smooth and efficient. The communication was 1st class.

Everything was working very well from the first contact to the follow up, payment and dialogue before and during our stay in villa Luna. The Villa was just a described. We got updated and useful information about rental car, driving instructions to the property, offers of extra services and tips of what to do and where to go in the area.

Luxury villas? The only luxury was the quiet and tranquility. The staff was very kind and friendly. But the structure of the rooms at ground floor was not comfortable and the equipment of the kitchen was simple and less working place.

The condition of the House was Perfect. If anything ever Happend we could cantact Gio and he would always be very friendly an helpful. He took a great part in our experience as first timers on Crete. Gio would always give recommendations on what to do, and it would always be perfect. The house also has a really nice location, it is perfectly accessible and all things like tavernas and grocery stores are nearby. The view is also immaculate. I would always choose the plakias sunset villa again if I would visit Crete again.

Our experience at Villa Arodamos was unbelievable ! Everything is perfect for the adults and the kids. We were a big group of 15 people and we enjoyed so much our stay. We enjoyed a lot the huge swimming pool, all the space that we had at the villa, everything was so comfortable. The villa is perfectly located, just near Rethymno and very accessible by car. Special mention to our host Vicky who was so kind and generous, she is a great person! I recommend to anybody who wants to stay in Crete and enjoy the authentic way of life there! All this was possible thanks to CreteVilla4u, thank you so much for your service !

We had an amazing stay at Villa Mia Casa in Crete. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by how beautiful the villa was, and we had a wonderful welcome from our host, Vasileios, who had prepared an amazing welcome package with everything from eggs, milk, coffee, cake, wine, water - you name it! The area was so peaceful around the villa, and the views are incredible. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The daily cleaning service was also done so professionally by a very friendly local lady. All in all one of the best villa experiences we have had.
