Absolutely terrible system has been a nightmare experience for 3 years. Blackmailing customer support who access the system remotely and change things. Only stopped this when I paid ano engineer to change my codes. Huge cost every time it fails. I’ve slowly removed all my home appliances from it. Avoid at all costs!
Literal garbage. Worthless software, refuses to connect, I have tried 30 + times over the last 2 months. Don't waste your money.

These Scum use a hold hostage business model, and having had egg on their face from a vuln report from me will not give me the dev tools to maintain what I own... And is within my skill range to work on.. Expensive hw ends up in landfills because of this vendor lock in
