I ordered a replacement LucePlan Costanza lampshade from Crest. I was happy with the price and from the start Harriet was very clear and helpful with information about the timeframe and delivery. It arrived as planned. Alltogether an excellent service !

Amazing Customer Service!
Ordered a product and was told it was out of stock, they looked after me, got me a replacement product and communicated with me every step of the way. Really happy with the outcome especially as I hadn't used them before.

USM desk and chair.
Ordered a USM desk and chair.
Communication was excellent with Harriet keeping me informed as to when they expected the products and arranged a delivery slot to suit as soon as they had received the items. Delivery guys were also very helpful and polite.

Hope light
Grace at Crest supplies us with a beautiful and much admired Hope light. Their service was helpful, smooth and efficient. Their after care went above and beyond when I broke two of the lenses throwing a ball for the dog and Crest arranged for them to be replaced immediately. Well done Team Crest!!

My experience
I’m really satisfied with the service I received recently from crest.london. I dealt with Harriet throughout. She was extremely helpful and patient when I took a while to make a decision. There was a bit of a delay with the delivery of my chair due to covid-19 but I was kept informed about what was happening throughout. It was worth the wait as I’m thrilled with my gorgeous new chair.

Fantastic quality custom made table
Fantastic quality custom made table. Really great range of bright colours (was sent samples beforehand) and a really high quality table.
Service was fantastic and Harriet really took care of us - even helping to set up a special delivery when we couldn't get to the warehouse.
Super easy to put together at home and came solidly packaged so no damage in transit.
