This review is not based on actual customer experiences. We attempted to contact the user without success. According to Trustpilot, it is acceptable to review any business, and it does not have to be based on actual experience. So our one star goes to Trustpilot, and it is based on actual experience.

One of a kind customer service

I found the most perfect table on Crissina! Not only was it unique, but it was extra special. I had some issues with the table after it arrived, Volkan was my customer service representative, he went above and beyond to make the necessary remedy for my situation. He was beyond amazing due to his calm and considerate communication which was always punctual. I've had some bad experiences with companies, but this company by far as one that I trust implicitly not only to do the right thing, not only to sell Superior products, but because of how they treat their customers, they're so respectful, it has certainly changed how I look at furniture companies for the better, I now have more hope, not only in furniture companies but in humanity. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and this one definitely outshines the majority of my good experiences.

Purchased a Kebe chair

I purchased a Kebe chair. Was delivered in timely manner. Then things went downhill. Had to put chair together. Tried for 3 days. Contacted Cressina via both answering machine and email along with pictures. Found that the brackets that held the top and bottom together were defective and no matter the effort they would not work. Cressina's response was to watch the assembly video again. To no avail the brackets would not align. Was told by Cressina that it wasn't the chair but I was not doing it right. The offered to charge me $190.00 to ship the chair back to them and they would assemble the chair. So much for my 10 year warranty. I refused. The quality of the chair wasn't worth anymore money. They push really hard to sell. Then just want more money. So we have a chair that's going in the garbage. Response to Cressina: You didn't see the chair so please tell me how you know anything. And the warehouse never inspected the chair either. I purchased the chair being told that it was an over stock issue not that the chair was defective for the 50 percent off. So just take the bad review you deserve.

We’d like to clarify a few key points for readers:
• The chair was not defective. The issue the customer reported was related to assembly alignment, not a manufacturing fault.
• We responded to every email with step-by-step instructions, photos, and our assembly video.
• We offered to assemble the chair for the customer if they preferred not to, asking only for the round-trip shipping cost at a discounted rate. They declined this option.
• The assembly issues are not covered under standard warranty terms.
• The chair was purchased as a clearance item at 50% off, clearly marked as final sale.
• The exact alignment issue is even addressed publicly by another user (not our customer) under our assembly video on YouTube, confirming the chair itself is not defective.
Thank you.
