Exceptional customer service and outstanding product! Highly Recommend! I was looking for a supportive postural harness for our foster child for an upcoming flight and came across the company Crelling Harnesses on a Special Needs Equipment page. Ordered what I thought was a flight harness and within a couple of days I received a helpful telephone call with a couple of queries. Turns out I'd ordered a minibus harness so during the phone call I was advised on the correct one, which was actually cheaper, and after taking a couple of measurements of our child I was then advised on the correct sizing. I was then told I shouldn't have paid Vat and I received a refund of both the Vat and the difference in price, and the harness was received 2 day's later! The harness itself is of exceptional quality and is going to be so helpful during the flight as it will support our little one and leave us with our hands free to relax a little! I am truly amazed at the customer service, thoughtfulness of the phone call and can't praise them enough.
