Customer service has really fallen…
Customer service has really fallen apart as of late. My bulk email campaign service (which is an additional monthly charge on top of my subscription charge) has not been working reliably for a couple of months now. I have reached out many times for support over the last month or so and all I receive are generic responses via they're online tech support stating that "they're working on it". Some days it works, but most of the time it does not. And, again, no specific reassurance has been provided by Customer Service as to when this will be fixed. ... Senior Management does not respond as well... Meanwhile, I'm losing money and letting down customers because I can't get these campaigns sent. Plus, they now want to sell me an AI upgrade for an additional charge. Why would I pay for this if the current add-ons I'm paying for don't work now? I've already started looking for other options.
