Customer service has really fallen apart as of late. My bulk email campaign service (which is an additional monthly charge on top of my subscription charge) has not been working reliably for a couple of months now. I have reached out many times for support over the last month or so and all I receive are generic responses via they're online tech support stating that "they're working on it". Some days it works, but most of the time it does not. And, again, no specific reassurance has been provided by Customer Service as to when this will be fixed. ... Senior Management does not respond as well... Meanwhile, I'm losing money and letting down customers because I can't get these campaigns sent. Plus, they now want to sell me an AI upgrade for an additional charge. Why would I pay for this if the current add-ons I'm paying for don't work now? I've already started looking for other options.

Their product is a sophisticated product. That DOES require a lot of hands-on work to implement.

My biggest concern is they have an absolutely terrible customer support system; worst I’ve ever seen... I spent $2300 and I’m almost 3 months in trying to implement the software and it is still is not fully implemented., who has time for that??

. When you call their customer support number you get an answer machine and the fastest return call time has been four days.

The online chat mechanism is a joke ; nobody is currently online.. I’m now waiting 10 days for a response.

Solution: I just purchased Big Biller and M. ecstatic. I spent 48 hours of a 15 day free trial and was thoroughly impressed. Also, instead of being forced to buy a yearly expensive contract, you can also do a month-to-month with Big Biller, which is significantly more affordable.
The customer support is outstanding ( you get a human being from United States on the phone) the product is easy to follow and imports resumes and LI profiles are easy to import; resumes parse and populate the CRM. immediately. I love it. Also, instead of being forced to buy a yearly expensive contract, you can also do a month-to-month with Big Biller, which is significantly more affordable.
