Worst online service
I placed an order on April 14 and did not receive any tracking information until I contacted customer service myself. I was initially told the order would arrive by Friday, then informed of an address issue and that delivery would be delayed until Monday. As of Monday, the tracking now shows delivery expected tomorrow instead.
Communication throughout this process has been inconsistent and unreliable. I was told a manager would contact me, but no call was ever received, and I had to follow up again on my own.
This has been the worst experience I have had with an online order. While delays can happen, the lack of transparency, inaccurate updates, and failure to follow through on commitments are unacceptable.
I would not recommend ordering from Creed Boutique based on this experience.
