Creditplus called to get me on the phone to call my bank via conference call. Only thing is, my bank does not release account member info. over the phone as a long standing policy. So Creditplus called New Day Veterans Mortgage to inform them of my lack of cooperation. I gave New Day the bank's phone and fax, but Creditplus would not send a release via fax. Instead they cited to New Day again and again that I was not cooperative and would not get on the call though records show, Creditplus has ALWAYS sent a release via fax to my bank. I mean honestly, my bank is trying to protect its members against tele fraud. Creditplus is not being an honest broker whatsoever. Who uses only the phone for confidential information? Fraudsters. Very bad people at Creditplus. When they didn't get what they wanted they resorted to bullying. Very sad.
