It’s pretty useless to be honest. All the way down is piggy back off other established credit agencies. In addition I cancelled my subscription in October last year and they are still devoting fess from my account!

I have been facing an ongoing issue with CRIF regarding inaccurate credit reporting. My credit card usage is consistently under 30% of my total credit allowance, yet CRIF incorrectly categorizes it as high utilization. This has been unnecessarily lowering my credit score every month. According to Experian, my score is 805, which reflects my accurate credit usage, but CRIF's errors are causing harm to my financial credibility.

To make matters worse, I have been trying to contact the CRIF team for resolution, but I have received no response to my emails. First, there is no clear or proper email provided to report such queries. Secondly, when I attempt to raise a dispute through the CRIF website, I repeatedly face technical issues that prevent me from selecting the correct options to proceed.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I urge CRIF to improve their reporting accuracy and customer support processes. Rectifying credit score inaccuracies is critical, and timely resolution is essential for consumers' trust.

I find Glen very friendly and helpful. They recently updated the website badge so that it doesn't include your credit score but just tells customers you're trustworthy. I didn't use that feature before that but now I do. It is already having an impact for my ecommerce business as I am seeing much fewer abandoned carts. I was able to find a loan thanks to this service too. A worthwhile investment from my point of view.
