Very detailed report, gives you a good feeling to see all the areas that you are doing well. Easy to follow and understand the format. Reason for 4 stars instead of five is that the updating is woeful... See more

Crap at been accurate
Great app, very easy to navigate and use, my only disappointment which takes me away from it to a better service is when it updates your financial status it’s not accurate which can have an impact on your score or how lenders see your financial health, I’ve waited months for my file to be accurate and more in line with how it actually is
Report
Credit karma is a simple and easy app to keep a check on your credit score and any unknown che cks highly recommend
Needs to be quicker
Needs to speed up on the update side, sometimes a bit slow on the actual position of the current state of your file
This company is actually a joke
This company is actually a joke. It’s not a credit reporting tool or any help. It’s a broker trying to constantly get you to take out offers. The whole concept is ridiculous. You take credit card for instance and then they immediately reduce your score and when you use your cards they reduce your score as that’s all the info they have. I’d recommend just sticking to Experian. The difference between the two and the scores are substantial. Credit karma essentially just tries to profit from profiling you which is going to be done with or without this company. It also makes recommendations for savings on interest free cards, so its information isn’t accurate. It’s just algorithms and auto marketing. It doesn’t offer any constructive or useful information, just general information you could obtain from a google search.

Very confusing
Very confusing, credit score fluctuates when nothing changes on report and no information provided as to what factors caused changes. Concerns that constant suggestions to increase debt significantly to improve score.

Online Gambling promotion emails from Credit Karma
Intuit Credit Karma UK send regular promotional emails. I happy to receive them.
But more and more of there emails have other companies attached to there promotions, which are absolutely not relevant and disgusting.
Gambling and other negative irrelevant companies.
Another came this morning from B V Gambling Holdings? Another gambling site. Why the hell would I want to be sent gambling sites???
Credit Karma. Stop sending that kind of negative crap!
Mike
There are better more accurate credit agencies
It’s ok. But some many inaccuracies on report and constant disputes which never get resolved. Months go past with inaccurate information.
Good idea to keep tabs on your credit score. But can have some negatives
I think it is a good idea to view your credit history. But be careful as sometimes the suggestions that are offered to you can have an impact on your credit score. Taking a card out to get a 0% transfer will lower your score as it is additional borrowing. Not helpful to your credit score. Anything that has an additional cost on credit Karma will affect your score and add additional borrowing to your credit file
