I had an unpleasant experience when I was charged £19.99 for one short call as they advertised a premium hotline to make an order.

Declined to use their services as they charge £19.99 a month ontop of interest but they still charged me the 9p verification amount. Card verification payments are all refundable and should never be taken as actual payments, just verification & they refuse to refund it, saying it’s non refundable and that they don’t say it’s refundable. Their T&C’s do not say it’s “non-refundable” so do not trust them or do the card authorisation process. They’ll be taking 9p off everyone and making profit for doing F all. Reported to my bank who said they can’t do anything about it. It’s only 9p but I don’t want those scammers to have it
