We have only recently starting using this system so are still trying to find our way around. It is easy to use and set up requests, but the feedback from users are that lots of information is required and they as well as myself were unsure what needed to be sent to who, with mixed emails being issued. I like the notes section and the email function that is issued when additional information is required or a check has been completed. The team and account manager are pleasant and helpful. I'm sure the process will become easier with time.

Got a check that was complete bet the certificate was not sent out. 2 days later still not sent after applicant sent them an email. Cost me money.
