Ordered a NanoGlass® MagSafe Case × 1
iPhone 15 Pro Max / Black Titanium. Received the product 2 weeks later cracked and damaged. I've sent numerous emails, tried contacting the number on their website but being constantly ignored! Stay well clear from The Essential Tech - BIG SCAMMERS.
I've had to contact my bank to process a chargeback for the order!

Like everyone else: ordered a case. Shipping took weeks as it was coming from China. Received a broken product (cracked glass); customer service doesn't respond to any of the e-mails.

They're a scam: ignore them.

One Star is too much, my first case was broken After 2 weeks, they sent me a new one which was completely broken. They tried to send some new, I Never got a new one. I just want to have my Money back. But no reaction on my mails.

In my experience, this was one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The case I received was broken, and although I was told I would get a refund, that never happened. It’s been nearly two months now, and I haven’t seen any money back. I tried contacting their customer service several times, but no one ever responded. Personally, I would not trust this seller again. Others might want to be careful before ordering, based on what I went through.

Honestly one of the worst products I have ever paid for. Avoid every item they sell.
Recently bought TWO IPhone glass and silicone covers. It’s been 3 days and the rear cover has ALREADY broken. The cameras fog up with the heat and actually melted the glue and they fell off.
I have never used such a terrible product in my entire life. Don’t even think you’ll get support cause you won’t.

I ordered a cover for my iPhone 16 Pro from there. Delivery (from China) took a very long time. The product didn't match the one on the website. The cover frame was poorly made, and one of the lenses on the camera protector wasn't properly glued, causing it to fall off. Contact with customer service was slow, and refunds were only available via PayPal. The retailer simply stopped responding to inquiries at some point.

Absolute terrible quality - don’t waste your money.

I bought a phone case. On putting it on my phone, the case badly cracked (the plastic is extremely brittle).

They sent me a replacement case and within 3 weeks the case had cracked. This time they refused to refund or replace.

Avoid.

After waiting 2 weeks for my phone case order, the item was cracked in the box when I opened it. Not sure if it’s faulty or just poor quality.

After a long wait for my NanoGlass iPhone case, with zero responses from the company to find out when I would receive my purchase, I have used the case for a matter of weeks before the coating on the back started to peel away and when I dropped the case the protective shield over the camera lens simply shattered! Thankfully my iPhone survived so the case did protect the phone, but so disappointed with the quality of the case.
I will not be purchasing from this company again. Lack of customer support and poor quality products - stay clear of this company.

This is a scam/get-rich-quick setup. The quality of the item received (30 days late) is absolute garbage, and customer care does not respond to any inquiries about returns and refunds.

When I received the case, one of the lens covers was loose and hanging from the case. They're just thin plastic films sloppily glued to the outside of the case.

Item arrived completely destroyed. Contacted customer support but never received a reply. Scam site selling cheap/broken items. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Item took a few weeks to arrive, box was a bit knocked about but product seemed ok on first look. Had the case on for a few days, took it out my pocket and the back of the case had cracked. I haven’t even dropped it. Poor quality. Didn’t bother asking for a refund given reviews on here.

I ordered two phone covers in January this year. The quality is absolutely not as promised and the magsafe just does not work because the magnet is not strong enough. I wanted to return the items and tried reaching them via mail multiple times but no reply and no possibility.

It seems like they improved when it comes to products and customer service. I saw an phone case ad on Instagram for the 16 PM and ordered it right away. I checked the reviews on trustpilot way later because my order took quite a while and I thought I am about to get scammed and was a little afraid. So I messaged them and they surprisingly answered quite fast. It took 12 days for my product to arrive and I was surprisingly very satisfied with the case. I like the back of it very much, it feels like the IPhone without the case and I also like the buttons. I just wish the sides wouldn’t be like this kinda rubbish material but still completely fine. I recommend the case.

Edit: The back is low quality because it cracked even though it fell down from my hand on my table and one of the camera lenses protection glass broke too. I am disappointed unfortunately because I was originally very satisfied but it’s not worth 20€ if I compare it to my second phone case.

Wouldn't deal with this company. Was sent item that didn't work, emailed several times to get instructions on how to send it back for a refund, no one replied or sent me instruction on how to return item.

I bought a “NanoGlass® iPhone MagSafe Case – Matte Tempered Glass”. I wait 3 weeks to receive the item (shipping from China). Honestly I am not satisfied as the appearance is different from the picture on the website. The rear cover doesn’t seem being glass as described, but simple plastic even retaining fingerprints. Also the camera cover and the frame aren’t realistic vs description as they are rubber made and don’t look good. Very disappointed from this purchase.

They haven’t send me my goods, ignoring emails. No phone contacts. SCAM.

This company is a SCAM!!!

The Website mentions company is in Australia and has a FAKE USA customer service number.

The company is in China and sells cheap faulty products. I bought two, 3 in one iPhone and Iwatch chargers. They are super light and cheap, there is no weight or counter balance and weak hinges the phone falls off and the watch charger folds down with the weight of the watch!!!

When I was able to leave the Apple Watch on the charger it heated up the watch and instead of charging it drained down the battery from 30% to 4% when I checked it an hour later!

Completely garbage product and will likely damage your phone and watch.

NO CUSTOMER service or SUPPORT its a lie!

DO NOT BUY! They run targeted ads on instagram. Will never buy from instagram ads again. Always buy from Amazon
