Ya this company is a big scam they don't pay for your work

This company is a big scam, they'll register you and also act as if they are really to award you a project, after the successful completion of the project and submission of the project, they will not respond to any of your text.
I was a victim also that's why I'm saying this, I was given a project to translate image to my local languages in three days and after I've completed the project all that happened to me.

The only way ProCreative Writing can become better is by no withholding writers right which is their payment. So please for now don't any project in respect of this company, they'll only use you.

Don’t do business with this company!!! Absolute scam! I purchased a resume package for $350 in February, I received my resume in May. Forgot all about the company and my resume. Until August when they billed my card $1500, then $4200, not recognizing the charges I disputed even while they were trying to charge an additional $6400.

After disputing, These people then provided my bank my correspondence from my $350 purchase in February and then fabricated new documentation for a new purchase in August for $4200.

I can’t reach this company on the phone or through email, as they screen the calls only allow bank representatives to reach them.

It seems like they respond on here, so hopefully this company can resolve it

Update: Invoice # CWP-1094 from February 11th, Your company or someone from your company is using my info from this old transaction to claim I agreed to pay $4200 for another resume on August 8th, on a product I already paid for and received in May.

Update: 11/5/21 Company has not contacted me from the new information provided, they must not have record of my number to resolve this 602-670-1400.

UPDATE: I responded to their request for a follow up and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I do not know how these other people are even contacting this company. I’ve found it impossible to reach anyone. BEWARE. TOTAL SCAM

The company promised supporting pages to be received in late August. After over 2 weeks of many emails and phone calls - no one will get back to me. When you call the phone number, you are immediately met with hold music. I've stayed on the line for upwards of 20 minutes at one point and still no one connected.

At this point, it appears this company is a scam. They promised big, took my money and did not deliver. I will be contacting the Attorney General's Office, disputing charges and posting many reviews on various outlets until I get a refund.

I hired CWP to write the content for my new developed business website and to do some SEO for it as well. Who ever worked on my project from this company has completely nailed the job. Amazing content and my website is also ranking among top competitors of the industry from starting.

This company scams it's customers, I wanted my profile and company up on Wikipedia, at the time I was told it takes up to 2 weeks to complete, it has now been 5.5 months and I have had no update and no work has been done. Terrible customer service, every time I message or email in I never get a response. I have requested a full refund, yet no response. I paid $4000 for nothing! Do not use this service!

I'm very pleased with the results of my resume and cover letter. They work with me until I was 100% satisfied and that only took few adjustments. On time and helpful with other questions I had in regards of job search.

I received the refund

I am having the worst experience with this company. I paid to have a job done 17 days ago and have had horrible customer service. First, I was sent two of the wrong forms to start the process which took a week of my time. Next, I have been trying to get someone to provide me an update on the status of my order and no one will respond to my chat or deskboard quires. I am so fed up because I was told that this process would be completed in 10 days and now I am going on day 17! At this point, I want a refund and will not recommend anyone to use their services.

These guys have been brilliant and lived up to their name, "Creative writing" their standard of work was very creative indeed.
From my first call to the final delivery of work, their service and process to keep the client updated have been excellent.
I was swamped and took some extra responsibility from work to write a few articles etc.
Mark Baxter understood my need for work and reassured me that I was in safe hands, as I was very concerned about the standard of writing.
I would strongly recommend their services to anyone without hesitation as they have completely satisfied my expectations from quality delivery to customer service.
