Ordered a father's day t-shirt for my dad with a funny dad-related joke on it. It came in size Youth Large. Why would you even have that as an option? Customer service is slow, phone number doesn't work, just refers you back to their website, there is no simple email address where you can just explain your problem, you have to go through their "claim" process. Very difficult to deal with.

This is the WORST company! They are a scam! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! The tee shirts are cheap and the ink isn’t even black! Don’t WASTE YOUR MONEY! I’m reporting them to the BBB

Terrible company. Ordered a T-shirt and asked them to cancel my order a week after the promised delivery time and they said it’s in the printing process and they can’t cancel it. Save money and time for yourself and avoid them at all!!!

Buyer beware! Order a T-shirt for our son and was not delivered on time and we still haven’t received it. Contacted company and they said they would give me a 30% refund. Outrageous! Also, they have not communicated with me. I had to initiate the communication.

After a month and three weeks I finally recieved a fleece blanket for my daughter. I am very disappointed. I paid so much money for a poor quality made blanket. It feels like paper felt and the colors are faded. I was planning to buy three more, but never again, at least not from this company.

I ordered a blanket on 5/6, received a DHL tracking number, but never received the blanket as of 6/11. The company is a scam!

I ordered a shirt that said it would ship in 5-15 days. I am at 32 days and their website says its still not shipped yet. I have not been able to get a refund as well. will never use again and I strongly recommend finding a different company.

I ordered a blanket a month ago and ad said will ship in 5-10 days, still no blanket. I emailed them to cancel my order and they replied back that I could not cancel my order. I am filing a claim. Do not trust this company at all.

Paid for almost $90 for a blanket, I never got a confirmation email and I have yet to receive the blanket. I will be filing a dispute with my bank. If I could give a half of a star, I would.

I placed my order on April 27 as a gift for daughter and grand daughter. Today is May 31 and I have not received the blankets yet. I've emailed the company; the response I get is it is being processed. I even asked for a refund; they responded the item is being printed and I can't get a refund. I've filed a dispute with my bank. This is unacceptable. I hope everyone will file a dispute if you have not recieved your merchandise.

I ordered a shirt on May 8th, 2020 and today is the 28th but never received my shirt. I never received a confirmation email either. Im beyond pissed. I spent $31. Never order from these people. Rip off.

This is the worst company I have had the experience to deal with, its almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone once they " take your money". I purchased both the daughter and son "blankets". These "blankets" are thin enough to see through, and are not blankets at all but similar to an infants swaddle garment in both size and thickness. The price isn't any where close to the poor quality of these thinly/poorly made "blankets". The company explained since it was "personalized", I'm not sure how a son/daughter imprint makes a garment personalized. The company explained they would not refund personalized garment. I will repost this information "everywhere" to save other innocent victims. It's sad when a company refuses to stand behind their product, however they aren't afraid to price it. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

I ordered 2 of the daughter blankets for a lot of money. Once I finally received the blankets, I was very dissatisfied as the quality of these blankets is terrible. They are paper thin, you can see right thru them. I immediately tried contacting the company and their phone number leads you to basically a recording and NO live person. I filed a claim for a refund and the email reply stated someone would reach out within 72 hrs. and it’s been 8 days! I would NOT recommend ordering from this company!!!
