I got a call from an unknown number this morning, and to my surprise, was CTS!! It was a man, NOT Adam H., telling me he sent me the results in November. That to give a call to if I have any questions. This made me go back and look in my e-mails. There it was Trust-Pilot with a response from CTS!! I NEVER said I had been CALLING Adam, I have been texting Adam. I have the texts to prove it. Why would an organization like Trust-Pilot make you so insecure, that only after reading my comments about you, that you reach out to me? You are still taking my payment out of my credit card! Why has the IRS not sent me their copy? You said in your voicemail, that my case was closed, yet again, where is my paperwork? Sometimes, when you are wrong, just admit your mistake, and learn from it. I thank you for dropping my payment to $25.00, however young man, if I have no paperwork to explain why I am paying this, then I'm wasting valuable money. I'm on SSDI, and that's a very limited income. That $25.00 could buy me a loaf of bread, and milk. Shame on you young man.Correction, I've been emailing Adam H. Not texting.
I just got done using creative tax services. My case worker was really easy to get ahold of and answer any of my questions .They were able to work with my budget and take care of all of my back tax issues .I was very pleased with my overall experience with them I would highly recommend them if you are have tax issues
