I wish I done some research before buying from this place. My daughter received her doll today and wow its so bad. It's literally a $5 doll and nothing like the photos. Do NOT buy from these people.

This website is a SCAM!!! Do not buy from them! I bought a doll a while ago for my sisters birthday, I got it, and if was not at all what I ordered. I would give it a zero for the review but that’s not possible so I have it a one. The doll was supposed to be full silicone body, and I got a vinyl baby doll. There was supposed to be no hair, and I got very ugly hair with it. The outfit doesn’t fit and is velcro not snaps. The socks are just sacks basically for the feet. This doll is by far the ugliest doll I have seen. They also don’t let you return the doll like the website says. They give you back barley half your money, and argue about it to get even that. They wanted to give me back $5 of what I payed. I still didn’t get my full amount back at all. Again, this site is a scam!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ordered a boy doll got a girl doll talking about unisex,unisex my ass they gave me 80% of my money back but DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!! if i couldve given o stars i wouldve tried to make me believe that the girl doll they sent was unisex but had long hair with bows girl shoes and a dress and looked nothing like a boy doll SCAMMERS

This company is a scam. I wish I would've did research before placing an order. They are false advertising, they steal other people photos, items and/or work, post them on their site as their's. You will not get what you see. They give you the run around to get your refund, they expect you to send photos and videos, before approving you of a refund and then you still won't receive your refund. I wish I could post photos on this site. Do your research before ordering from any company when making purchases. They're SCAMMERS out here taking people hard earn money. This company needs to be shut down and held liable.

Literally the worst experience ever. I bought a doll around February 3rd and it is now March 22. I have called and called and called and asked for a refund and they were like “Sorry, we can’t do that.Your doll is on its way and we assure you that it will only take about another week.” They told me this February 25th. Almost a full month later and i still haven’t gotten it. 50$ wasted on a crappy website. Still haven’t gotten my refund and still haven’t gotten the doll. I would never recommend this website to anyone, and if you feel that this interview is wrong then i suggest you spend 30-50$ and find out either how much of a waste of money it was or if you even get your money back because i promise that this is THE WORST website to buy one of these dolls.

They one got one star is because I had to have something so I could write this . My daughter was having a major surgery 3 weeks prior to us ordering a doll from this company so it was due to be delivered a few days before we left for the hospital. So when I order it when I was putting in my address it had a pop up menu with our address so I hit it but it wasn’t the right zip code so when I caught it I emailed thier “shipping dept” and they returned and said it wasn’t a problem it was fixed so on and so on two days before my baby is having this surgery it was returned because wrong zip code are you serious so I begged and pleaded with them and told them the situation and all and nope I could pay another shipping fee which was almost 25 dollars and they would be happy to send it again so I said I just want a refund and I will take my business elsewhere still no refund or baby my daughter surgery went well but bed rest for a few weeks that doll was to give her something to do while recovering this company is horrible and no consideration for nothing

I ordered one of reborn babies along with a 3 piece outfit and bottle, and one of magnetic pacifiers for my granddaughter’s birthday. When I received the package, it was not the doll I ordered, the outfit that did not have a bottle in it, the pacifier would not fit in the mouth nor was it magnetic. I have tried for the last 3 days trying to get the correct doll and bottle. When I said I needed instructions on returning, since I could not get the doll ordered. I was told they would offer 10% back. I don’t think that was fair. . Be ware what you read on site is not what you get, I would never ever advise anyone to shop here. I am sure this will never make their scam approval.

I would give this a zero star if that were an option. I ordered these dolls on Jan. 3 and it is now Feb. 12, and I still haven't received my product. Every time I contact the vendor (who is Chinese), I am continually told that I can't get a refund because my order is "on the way." I don't even have a valid tracking number.

Save your money and time. Regardless of it stating that this company is in Savannah, GA, this is a Chinese company. I’ve collected dolls for over 30 years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was buying what I thought would be a showcase doll, I even had a spot made for it in my cabinet, and what I received looks more like a chew too my dog won’t even play with! Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased! And the want me to ship it back at my expense. Horrible scam website with terrible customer service. Don’t get your heart set for any of the beautiful dolls pictured on their website, because that’s not what you get and you can forget about the refund policy they have posted on the website. Wish I had seen these reviews first. Shame on me I guess. Won’t happen again.

I ordered a beautiful doll, what i received looked like something from DollarTree! It was suppose to be 3-5 days shipping, i received my order 1.5 months later. Emailed back and forward with customer service for a month, saying they never received the pics i emailed them. Finally 2 months after my initial order, i received a email stating i will receive my refund in 1-5 business days. Needless to say, my refund was $8.63. I paid $88.96. I emailed them AGAIN about my refund, they replied i agreed on a 10% discount. A bunch of crap it i ever heard of such! All this to say, DO NOT spend your money with them!!! The doll and the outfit it had on is 100% Dollar Tree quality! Save your time and money, DONT DO IT!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!

so i ordered a doll for my daughter it looked like the doll lips face hair body silicone everything andit was tiny but it was just like 1 inch off but my daughter takes it everywhere she goes lol.
100% ideas to order this website it will ship 1 week or day late but i swear its worth the wait!

I was looking for a reborn doll for my daughter and I got a plastic Walmart doll with parts of Grandma hair wig wise they scammed me for my money so I advise you guys to look into what you're buying cuz right now I'm pissed cuz I got a fake doll he's plastic she's no bigger than a Chihuahua

Do NOT order from this company! Doll I ordered is NOTHING like the doll that arrived. The doll that arrived I could buy in a cheap store for £5! When I contacted customer service they said it IS the doll I ordered and I can't return it or get a refund.
Absolutely diabolical people.

COMPLETELY different doll from the photo on the website.arrived a week late from the 7-10 day time frame in the ad and the doll looks NOTHING like what I ordered! i wanted to send this doll back to the company Fantastic customer service from this company was very helpful and resolved a problem with a refund straight away Their customer service is amazing

My daughter's birthday is coming up. She had seen these dolls advertised and wanted one for her birthday. It clearly states that shipment is 5-7 days. I was not given no tracking number, nor confirmed email that the order had been placed, I had to do my research and email them myself to find out what's going on. They told me it would take up to a month for it to be delivered, it took legit almost a whole month. When it finally came in, she opened it and was expecting to see what they have displayed on their page, but instead they sent her a doll that I would buy at dollar tree, Walmart sells better dolls and cheaper not to mention I don't have to wait a month for it to come in the mail. My daughter was devastated. I hope everyone reads the reviews before purchasing because she didn't. She just seen something she wanted and bought it. When I emailed them with the unsatisfactory of their product and what they show and then sell, all they wanted to do was credit the bank card $10.00.
