Bespoke gardenline shed/summerhouse
Outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail
I am absolutely delighted with my bespoke garden shed. From start to finish, the workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail have been exceptional.
I was consulted throughout the process, from agreeing start dates and dimensions to choosing materials and even deciding on the roof overhang. It was clear that a great deal of thought, knowledge and experience went into every aspect of the build.
The shed has been constructed using substantial treated timber, with plastic pallets providing a practical base. A waterproof, breathable membrane was incorporated into the structure, providing an additional layer of protection. Roof shingles were chosen instead of ordinary roofing felt for their greater durability, and Perspex was used for the windows as a sensible alternative to glass. The quality extends to the smallest details, including stainless steel door hinges and a neatly finished aluminium step cover.
What really stands out is the combination of skilled craftsmanship, carefully selected materials and a willingness to discuss the options and get everything right. This is clearly a gifted and experienced tradesman who takes genuine pride in his work, rather than simply doing a job and moving on.
The quality of the finished shed has given us such confidence in his abilities that we are now intending to have him build a wooden pergola for our patio as well.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a bespoke garden shed or other carpentry work. Excellent workmanship, thoughtful design and a first-class result.
