Amazing!

My purchase unfortunately arrived damaged.
I contacted Creative Lighting to let them know, and one day later I received an email response notifying me that they would replace it asap. Amazing customer service!
So appreciated, and I highly recommend their products.

The package never arrived

The package never arrived. The notification said they tried to deliver it twice, but I never was notified about a delivery. Creative lighting told me that I could go pick it up at a warehouse and I had to call the number to find out where the address was. I called the number and they said there was no warehouse and that is impossible and they were returning the package to creative lighting. Then creative lighting stopped responding to my emails. The company appears to be a Scam.

Consumer beware!

Consumer beware! This company is not based in Sweden, it’s based in China thus your shipment and return will be from/to China. My order arrived after a month and their customer service never answered any of my emails. The 2 lamps i ordered have a very poor quality and they stank food, also the packaging stank asian spices. It’s not a serious company, stay way!
